Good location next to AZABUDAI hills, Teamlab borderless and Lawsons, although getting across the crosswalk you have to cross 3 streets to get to the other side of the road. I didn’t really like rappongi much though. There are much better places to stay in Tokyo. They Wouldn’t let us throw our coffee cups away, the rooms were quite small although we did have a nice view of Tokyo tower. The hotel looks blue in the pictures but it’s actually brown. The entrance was nice and so was the spa but aside from its grand feel in the lobby the hotel was hot as hell. I Don’t recommend staying there in the summer.

Rooms were super small. Self check in was horrible and if you have multiple rooms you have to check in one by one and do the whole process of registering everibody's passport.

Can't think of anything

I liked that it was close to some nice bars and close to Tokyo tower and the inside of the hotel looks very nice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard and stiff which i was not expecting. The size of the room also felt very cramped for what i was expecting, especially considering the room was more than 200$/Night.

Location and cleanliness Everything was great

Cleanliness and overall design. Rooms were stocked with everything we needed and more. The housekeeping staff were amazing and kind and would say hello. The bath house spa was the cherry on the top. The front desk staff were helpful us check in and get our luggages. Staff also provided the tattoo cover up as well which was very helpful. The tv screen had so many helpful resources! Nothing

First of all, the lobby is absolutely beautiful, and the entire hotel has a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things that impressed me the most was the check-in process. It was my first time experiencing such a modern and technology-driven self-check-in system. I was able to complete the check-in, make the payment, and receive all the necessary information through the automated system. The process was quick, simple, and very efficient—I absolutely loved it. The lobby facilities, including the restrooms, were spotless and beautifully designed. Everything looked elegant and almost dreamlike. As for the room, it is ideal for one or two people. I would not recommend it for families traveling with a baby or young child because the rooms are quite compact. However, despite the size, the room is extremely well designed and makes excellent use of the available space. It includes everything you might need during your stay: comfortable bathrobes, slippers, a fully functional bathroom, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. One feature I especially appreciated was the storage space underneath the bed, which allows you to keep your suitcases out of the way and makes the room feel much more organized. Although the room is small, it is thoughtfully designed and has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only aspect of our stay that I didn’t like was the check-out time. Having to check out at 10:00 a.m. felt a bit too early. In my experience, and in every hotel I’ve stayed at—including those where I’ve worked—check-out is usually at 12:00 p.m., which gives guests a more comfortable departure. I completely understand that housekeeping needs enough time to clean, sanitize, and prepare the room for the next guests. However, considering that check-in is not until 4:00 p.m., I believe there is already plenty of time to get the room ready. For that reason, I think it would be worth considering either offering a later check-out time or allowing guests to check in a little earlier. I believe either of these changes would make the overall guest experience even better.

Beautiful hotel. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Good view. Onsen was amazing, especially the open roof area. Breakfast was very good.

Clean, quiet, walkable to places Not enough laundry
-
The room was much smaller than expected.
-
Small room but functional and bed was comfortable. Location. Close to a train station and walking distances to convenient stores and restaurants
-
Very small rooms but this seems to be common and expected in japan
-
Great location and the price was very good considering how late I booked. A little cramped in the room and the bed was a little stiffer than I expected. The pillow also could’ve been a little thicker.

The system of self check in on electronic machine need to be upgrade to Not asking of scanning a passport. been made to scan your passport but beware that most foreigners living in Japan with a residential address do not carry thier passport while getting around. We have an I D or residential card .which is not acceptable to this self checking on this machine. unless a staff calls some kind of IT or manger to very which delays the check in process and very irritating. and the staff wasn't even try to communicate if ask a simple questions. Looks rude!!

Loved the full buffet breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western breakfast items, that was included in the room rate I selected on Booking.com. I also loved using the Japanese onsen (bath) on the top floor and that there was no extra fee to use it. The room was a little small, however I was travelling alone, so it was enough space for me, if it'd been with my husband it would have been too small. I didn't like that they want to charge $2000 yen / hour to check in early. However they did store my bags and I went for a walk in the area and then came back at check-in time.
-
location it was clean it had everything in the room it was perfect i wish i could pick the mandatory cleaning time the cleaners come too early i wanna sleep little bit longer. That was the only bad thing that needs improvement . and when they knock the door and when u say give me a minute or please come later they dont understand and walk in anyways thats kinda bad when it comes to privacy

Great location, spa was great!! Nothing!
-
the breakfast was great. Very hearty and generally everything was good. the rooms when we first arrived were great, "efficiency" has everything. the rooms after a day or 2 started to feel really cramped and cluttered.

I love the onsen (especially after a long day of walking) and proximity to Abuzadai Hills. Area was also clean and linens were always provided. There’s also a nearby Lawson for any last minute needs. It can be a bit of a walk for people who have a lot of luggages who don’t plan beforehand. So search ahead of time which subway station that has elevators or escalators.
