Access to local train station, cleanliness and friendly staff Everything was okay except one thing. We were asked to pay extra for my 3 years old cause her name was not there in booking. Originally while booking, Booking.com gave an option to book two rooms for a family of four (including 2 adults, 9 year old and 3 year old). Ofcourse this is not practical given we are a small family and makes sense to stay together in one room. We booked a single room hoping this will not be an issue. Hotel staff requested us to pay extra 30% of total for the fourth person although the room was could accommodate all of us. Would have been better if the hotel could be soft on their policies.

Clean, good location, friendly staff The room was too small. Additional note; l was told by the receptionist lady, the taxi fee from the hotel to Haneda airport was 7100 Japanese yen. It actually cost 8800 yen, including highway fees. However it was worthy to take a cab.

Very convenient for using the train to explore Tokyo and if getting taxi to Haneda airport It’s a little expensive and there’s no access for aiport bus

Clean, spacious, right next to the metro. Note that it was roppongi-itchome, not roppongi station. Much larger rooms than usual in tokyo If you're after restaurants and nightlife, it's a 10 min walk away

Love the location & the facilities! If you get a superior or deluxe room, it gets very spacious. Such a nice neighborhood, less than 10 mins walk from Azabudai Hills. Nothing.

They were understanding about my flight being delayed and were flexible in changing the stay in dates. Clean hotel with good facilities and nice location around Roppongi.

The room allocation shown on Booking.com did not match the room we received at check-in. We were travelling with a baby and had specifically requested a room with a third bed already set up, however this was not available upon arrival. This made the check-in process a little stressful and disappointing.

The lobby was nice and staff was nice The rooms smelled like mildew and musty. There was no air circulation so we couldn’t breathe well at night. No ventilation in the bathroom. The floors felt dirty and the hallways also smelled musty. It was near a train station so that was convenient. They did have luggage storage too.

Room layout was a little bit awkward. Nothing ground breaking, but walking in there was no natural lighting and my window was facing stairs.

Location is good. A short walk to busy areas, and next to the metro. Small rooms (better for a short stay). No iron.

Very well-located, comfortable, clean, feels luxe. They also very kindly accepted delivery of two packages of things I lost elsewhere in Japan. We got this at around $70 per person per night, which is about right for this property. The listed prices are much higher and not worth it in my opinion. They also didn’t have one room prepared with sofa bed despite confirming that earlier. Check in was quite lengthy/a bit disorganized.
