Had everything you need for resting after a long day of sightseeing, rooms are a good size if you just want a place to rest after the long day, we enjoyed our stay

The room layout was very good and all the furnishings were well thought of to offer a convenient stay for its guests. The option to leave your luggages before check in or after checkout to maximize your stay in the city in cases of early/late flights. The restaurant on Building A serves a very nice Ramen selections to relax you after a long walk. Its location is a bit farm from the subway stations making it a challenge to go back after a long day of walking around the city.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, often for more than a week, and my experience has always been positive. The room rates are affordable, and the breakfast is also very good. The only issue I have is that the hotel has two restaurants, and I strongly prefer one of them. However, when booking a room, I am not able to choose which restaurant will be included with my stay. I am not sure why this option is not available.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Quite near the Roppongi station. About 8-10 mins walk One of the pillows was almost flat. Good if hotel can provide soft, fluffy ones

Well located and clean. The room was rather small and there was no daily cleaning service. I asked several times for a receipt and the staff said I could only get it when checking out, but promised it would not take time. At the time of check out, the single staff lady there spend minutes on the phone. When she finally came to attend me, after I explained that I had to leave to the airport and needed a receipt, she took the phone again and talked for further 10 min. Then someone else came and told me they could not issue a receipt. After a long insistence I finally got something, but it did last over 20 min. This is ridiculous.

Staff were extremely friendly and helped me during my 1st experience sending my luggage through delivery services, ensuring my luggage had safely arrived. Location is right next to a bus stop, and within a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway station
