Standard APA. Very clean

I don’t like the location. I saw rats running around at night. The area doesn’t seem safe with call girls. Room is so small with no amenities.one of my nephew’s rooms stink like brown nugget. So he has to request to change to a different room. Luckily, we only stayed there for 2 nights and can’t wait to get out. We stayed in 5 different hotels during these 14 days trip. The other 4 hotels exceeded my expectations except APA Hotel. We paid more for APA Hotel, but the expectation was horrible compared to the other 2 which offered a lower rate. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. I don’t like anything about this hotel - too small, not clean, no amenities. Outside the hotel. There are “call girls” on the street. Smokers, homeles.

Room is small.

No complaints

Great location, nice clean and quiet room. Although it is very common in Tokyo, the room was sooooo small its very uncomfortable for 2 people with luggages. But its normal there so cant complain.

I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff, I speak essentially no Japanese outside of a few basic phrases and was worried I would struggle checking in appropriately and navigating the surrounding area and hotel itself. The staff took their time and helped me check in by referencing my check in information and entering it on the check-in tablet for me instead, all while incredibly polite and understanding. Additionally, while its a smaller room than hotel rooms in the United States, it was incredibly clean, at a consistent cool temperature, and had a great price value of the room, its amenities, and the hotel's location. The only aspect of my stay that was slightly unfavorable was being able to hear the guests staying in the room next to me. They were being particularly loud, so I am not sure if that is a universal experience with sounds carrying over from room to room.

Comfortable
-
Location is great and hotel is clean. The shower had a ledge that is too low and I could bot fully stand up in the shower without hitting my head.
-
I liked the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore Shinjuku. access public transportation, and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Close to shopping. Noisy music on the lower floors from the LED ads.
-
Small rooms (for Japan). The breakfast is great but not traditionally Japanese. It is an Indian restaurant. Very good, but be warned.

First of all: staff went above and beyond their way to answer my questions and help me. I'm truly lost for words. Superb location (about 7 minutes of walk from station) and not so much outside noise (although location is quite busy). Rooms could have a fresh coat of paint here and there but great overall

Super close to the station, very convenient area. 3-10 min walk to literally anything you could possibly need. Only one elevator
