Rooms were so small

location is perfect, not so crowded . near convenience store. unlimited coffee with donut i love it
-
Great location. Super market right next door. Free donuts, breakfast, and happy hour. Nothing

The shower was very tiny

Location is good. A 24-hr. Supermarket is just around the corner which makes it really convenient. Free bottles of water, coffee, cereals & some breads.. As expected in Japan… Hotel Rooms are small.☹️ I guess they should reduce bed size to provide more space & comfort.

Location is good. A 24-hour Supermarket is just around the corner. Convenient stores are everywhere too! It's walkable to the center, but too many people there. Rooms were way too small for 3 people. The 3 nights were not comfortable at all. We cannot even open our luggages and no space to move. They even gave us a room with no view! It was just a wall of another building..

Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, clean and peaceful property, happy hour and free continental breakfast/coffee Small rooms and small bed for two people
-
Nice rooms decent size for Japan very nice toilet There was a complimentary breakfast provided but it was few types of bread and very sweet cereal , no eggs or any hot food

I loved this hotel so much! The location was absolutely perfect, felt more quiet and residential, while being close to everything. Really appreciated having a 7 Eleven around the corner. The nightly free happy hours were great to relax with a few different lounge areas to use. The staff was always friendly and helped us ship our bags to our next spot. The rooms are on the smaller side, but you’re in Tokyo! The entire place was very clean and had nice amenities. I would absolutely stay again!

The big dining shared table. The water , coffee and other staff that were supplied freely and generously The laundry room The room was small but nice and comfortable The breakfast. I would prefer more healthy food.

beautiful hotel and the staff was very nice Happy hour was nice. The breakfast is pretty basic but very nice. We will be back to the hotel for sure. The room was very nice ,beautiful and comfortable but a little on the small side. No room for suitcase and there is no closet. Only a few hangers on the wall . Buy we loved the room

Walkable distance from Sinjuku station, and a bus stop even closer. Those free evening drinks in the lobby are a nice touch. People complain that there are no shelves or wardrobe. They are actually wrong - there is simply no space in the room to put any. It’s so tiny that the suitcases stay open on the corridor floor. Window overlooking an endless wall of the next door building. If only it was openable Idve touched the wall.

Close to train stations, restaurants, shopping and a 24 hour grocery store. Free breakfast with coffee, juices, yogurt and small pastries. Free bottled water. Staff were the nicest I’ve ever met. With 3 people sharing a room, we drank lots of bottled water. The trash needed to be empty everyday, which was great. However it was not necessary to change the bedding every day. Towels and trash Only sign on door would have been ideal.

Amenities offered, comfort of room and stay. Location was great, not in a congested area.

This hotel is very central to many restaurants, sites, and more importantly metro stations. A lot of nearby places are in walking distance. Within minutes, the surrounding area is massive to explore. The amenities offered are quite unique. The one offered was their Happy Hour. This is where they offer tastings of various local and internationals wines and spirits. It's free for guests, and I though it was a nice benefit staying here. Rooms can be small, but they are well maintained. The staff pay close attention to all rooms. Though small rooms, the tradeoff is it is in a very central place. Lastly, though they offer free breakfast, it is very limited in variety according to my companions. I did not partake in their breakfast, but as stated in the previous paragraph, it is a tradeoff.

All around this was a great hotel. Additionals such as happy hour and snacks were very generous Our initial impression on checking in wasnt very friendly. We'd advised what time we were arriving which was around 9.30am after a 11 hour flight, We were told the room would not be available until 3pm by the receptionist. On returning around 1.30pm we were advised we could check in by another friendlier receptionist.
