The room was clean, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The amenities were generous and thoughtful, which made the stay feel even more special. The staff was kind and welcoming, and everything was smooth from check in to check out. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and after a full day out, it was really nice to come back to such a cozy and calming environment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for something a little more charming and memorable than a standard hotel experience.

Great location if you are into nightlife! The staff was sweet and gave good suggestions on where to go. The hotel is very dirty, bathroom had mold in it, and smells of smoke. Calling the snacks they have a "light breakfast" is a bit far-fetched.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first 3 nights of our trip. The staff was very nice and checking in was easy. The hotel is so ornate with beautiful dark wood. It felt like we were stepping into a spa. Our room was small but that was already expected but honestly was big enough for us! We only had carry-ons. The AC in the room works very well. The room was clean and the bathroom amenities were great. The only interesting thing is that you need to give them your room key whenever you leave and they give it right back to you when you come back. We thought that was weird but we got used to it! It was nice having free breakfast in their lounge area (which is open 24/7). Great coffee and tea options. Oh also, there were free spirits and wine which was a nice surprise! We mainly booked this hotel because of the location. We were walking distance to memory lane, Golden Gai, a beautiful park/gardens, and many restaurants. We walked everywhere and hardly used public transportation. So much great stuff around this hotel. There was a slight mildew smell in the room, which was taken away by turning on the air filter and AC. The shower and tub could have used a shower curtain or something to block water from going everywhere. It was difficult to take a shower because water would splash outside the tub and there is a crack between the tub and the wall which is where the mildew smell comes from I think. They need to seal that or something.

Hotel was very nice. The breakfast was nice with a variety of things to choose from. There were also many different coffees, teas and soups to choose from. The staff were friendly. I would stay again.

Everything was clean & a nice atmosphere. The employees were also very attentive & nice Nothing, everything was great

The location was excellent — just a short walk from Golden Gai. If you’re looking for somewhere convenient with free amenities, it’s a solid choice. That said, I wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Overall it wasn’t pleasant and easy for someone being a foreigner

There are free amenities with the price of your stay. The property is close proximity to everything. N/a

The area is a little seedy. It is also what they call a “love” hotel. To be honest, we did not see other people at the hotel and it was very quiet. But I wish I had known in advance that it was that kind of hotel.

Definitely comeback!
-
Lots of free ammenities and comfortable sitting area down stairs. They have various coffee to choose from and you can grind the beans.

The lobby is lovely Pictures of the lobby depict a true look. We wish we could say the same about our room, unfortunately our room appears to be a 1 star hotel. Ceiling above tv area had multiple stains, it is very unkempt. It cost 319 US dollars for one night. It is very overpriced, the condition in my room doesn't warrant that price. I arrived from the Marriott Hotel in Osaka, similar price .room was much bigger, well kept, was very clean . at this place my granddaughter found what appeared to be a short hair on sheets when she pulled back the cover. Must say it was very disgusting

The facilities in itself was great. They offered so many amenities that was unbelievable. Size of bedroom, it was a little cramp but from what I understand that’s common.
-
There were a lot of thoughtful touches, including two taps in the room, one for drinking water and another for your face. Mobile phone chargers were also provided by the bed! As well as the free refreshments station, complimentary toiletries and skincare were provided in abundance! There was even a facial steamer and curling tongs in the bathroom. Bedroom quite tight for space. Staff were not the most friendly, not rude at all but barely acknowledged guests.
-
Great amenities, resort like feel Room seemed dusty and noticeable scent of cigarette smoke, which ultimately cleared with use of air purifier and opened windows
-
Hotel was exceptionally clean. Room service/ There was no room service at all
-
Everything was perfect .... The free bar was a real treat and the bathrooms had every product imaginable! Couldn't fault it.
-
The perfect stay ? great facilities and staff. Couldn't fault it!
-
All the staff are excellent and the amenities on offer are vast. The open-air tub is amazing! The location is quite easy to get to from Shinjuku station, and also very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station. This is a great hotel to use as a hub to get to many popular places. The room size is very cosy but that's no problem as it's accurately described and pictured in the listing.

too small of a room for any normal human being to function
