Great location, favorite place to stay when in Tokyo. Breakfast is lol, but everything else is good!
-
the room spacious, the location really good super dusty, they dont event have a netflix/ smart tv.
-
Location was good Smell in the room. Looks like smoke, or wet.
-
Simple, but comfortable. The breakfast, very Japanese, very good. The only thing is that beds are very small, so if you go with your partner and enjoy space, it is better to book two rooms.

People can smoke so the floor can smell bad, but they do give you a humidifier.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location to get to the different ski resorts.

The room was ok. I wish it was a bit bigger but then again it is Japan. One thing that I didn’t like about this hotel was not able to check my bags early or at least for the hotel to keep my bags until check in time. This made my trip difficult in carrying my luggage all over town until 3pm.
-
Small room, that might be normal for the price range. Had a nice bathroom, big shower next to bathtub. Also had a bidet. Not too far of a walk to the Kabukicho Red light district. Five minute cab ride to train station
-
Not good for long stays. Quick stays
-
Self check inn without staff for assistance. Waiting time for check inn more than 40minutes

I booked a smoking room by mistake and was told they were full and could not change it. I tried several times before I actually took my trip. I think if I booked directly with the hotel it would have been ok to switch.. the smoking room smellled awful.

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Great location. It would have been nice if they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out time
