The hotel was great. Close to station and very lively. The street wasn’t super family friendly I would say but overall it was great.
-
In the heart of Shinjuku, nightlife in the street, no noise in the room, many bars and cafes just a few steps away. Good value for money and in Japan and Tokyo room size is acceptable.
-
Easy to find, right by cool bars and activities. Can go out at night in Shinjuku and walk back to hotel so easily. Small rooms!
-
Great hotel at great location at the heart of Shinjuku. Rooms are actually quite sizeable in Tokyo standard. Control of AC was cumbersome and needed some figuring out. This could this be improved for the benefit for internation travellers. The amenities provided are of cheap qualities and mostly useless. This can be improved since other brands like the APA provides free amenities of much better qualities.

Right in the heart of Shinjuku Carpet is really dirt
-
If you are looking to stay near a less busy area of Kabukicho and close to Golden Gai then this is the right hotel for you. Convenience store right under the hotel. Nothing comes to mind

Breakfast had a lot of variety

The location is in the heart of Shinjuku, and the room has everything I need. The receptionist was very helpful and provided good information to choose from local restaurants. The breakfast options and quality must improve. It was very basic for international customers.

Double rooms were suitable for 2 persons. I loved that there was an ice machine and water dispenser in every floor and free coffee in the lobby. It was great that there was a Lawson right beside the hotel. We requested for late checkout and they gave us until 12 noon. And we were also allowed to keep our luggage in the hotel after checking out and before leaving for the airport at 3 pm. We travelled with our 4 children and I didn't like the neighborhood as there were so many bars around us, not very suitable for the kids. It also took about 15 minutes to walk to Shinjuku station which would have been a big hassle with our suitcases which was why we had to rent a van to fit all of us and our luggage.

Very close to restaurants and shopping. Maybe time to change carpets in rooms. We. Ere in the. 13th floor

Clean Good location. Fantastic front desk staff. Special kudos to Harry who gave some great advice on interesting locations and train tips. Lots of restaurants. Convenient Store, Lawsons, on main level. Nothing really. Shinjuku is busy and may not appeal to every.

The location is excellent!…also, they have a convenience store next door where you can find many stuff… Nothing

Helpful front desk staff. Close to golden gai. Close to a lot of food Small room and bathroom
-
Connivence to train. Was The surrounding area felt rather chaotic at night. Very sketchy characters. The room booked was rather small for 2 people and had to upgrade .

Customer service that's above the hotel's grade level. In particular, Quynh and Niu, the Vietnamese and Thai ladies, went above and beyond to help me in a city that doesn't speak my languages. I'll return! Minor: the hotel doesn't have a gym or pool on site, nor does it partner with one within walking distance.

Staff was very helpful with everything. Lots of luggage and they helped us with the luggage forwarding service. Took such a stress off my shoulders while traveling to another city
