The location, you can walk just about everywhere in and around Ginza. Plenty of Restaurants and Shopping around the hotel. Top floor bar and lounge area, with views. Walk in Bath tubs, and no bathroom counter space. No closet space, no dresser, lack of storage space and vanity counter. T.V could be upgraded with a bigger screen. Breakfast is pretty much a bland limited buffet, lacking basic Western essentials such as milk, cheese and bananas. On a 4 night stay, Nothing changed or was added to the breakfast selections.

The hotel has a good location and is very fresh The breakfast staff should be better at handling people with allergies and take questions about allergies more seriously

I really liked the location in Ginza where the hotel was. The treelined streets and tons of restaurants were perfect. We also found a fun place to have a few drinks and throw darts across the street from the hotel. That was super fun and convenient.

The location was close to the train station. It was in a nice part of Ginza. The deluxe twin room was perfect and spacious for a family of 3 No fitness facilities

Good area, clean, friendly staff Room was small, similar to other Japanese hotel room size. I was hoping the room might be a big bigger just due to their premium price compared to other Japanese hotels, but it was still a small room.

Spa is free for hotel guest. Spa was big and not crowded. Spa had wet and dry sauna. Smoking area is on 5th floor with front desk! Very convenient. Around hotel has all kind of restaurants and bar also 24 hours convenient store downstairs same building. Room has a slipper and a Japanese spa robe so you may wear when you go down to spa or when you sleep. The room is small but it’s in Ginza so what you expect! Small but has a bathtub so if you don’t want to go spa, you may use the tub. I took a taxi to hotel so didn’t lost but my friend took a NRT airport bus. The bus stop is very closed from hotel but somehow she coundnt find the hotel so the hotel location doesn’t have a good landmarks closed by. However it’s good coz all the restaurants and bars are very closed.

Security. There was a man wandering the hotel property. Despite us notifying the staff, there was no resolution and they had to check the CCTV. Any hotel should be aware of what’s going on.

Small bathrooms, but functional. Entrances was confusing at first but no problem after the first time

The room was not clean at all. It was dusty, and we even found a toenail left behind from previous guests, which made it clear the room had not been cleaned properly. The room felt unhygienic overall. We were also disappointed with the reception experience. When we asked for water for the first time, we were told there was a limit of two bottles per room. We did receive the water later, but the interaction made us feel uncomfortable, almost as if we were asking for something unreasonable. For a four-star hotel, we expected better service and hospitality.

It lacks easy access to some services. I.E. getting ice required us to pass through the hotel lobby and smoking lounge. Also, for some reason hot water from the bathroom sink is very limited.
