The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor

The place is great! Clean and the rooms are sound proof with blackout curtains! The trains won't bother you at all! It's near several different metro lines, as well as tons of shopping and restaurants! Everything was perfect

The bed was low to the ground. Could hear the trains, albeit not too bad. Not much space for unpacking clothes.

Our room was on floor 4, right above check-in, where they have a party going every night until 4am. It felt like we were sleeping right above a club, the music was so loud. Maybe it would have been better on a higher floor.

The location of the hotel was super convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and metro lines. The staff were also super helpful, we made the mistake of purchasing a snack that required reheating but when we found out our room didn't have a microwave, the staff offered to reheat it in their kitchen and even served it to us with plates and cultery.

Location but other than that the hotel facilities and front line employee completely unsatisfactory All services starting from the employee where it was the one of two bad experiences i had in japan with people in this hotel and particularly reception employee, too crowded and not family oriented where at night the hotel lobby become drinking bar with big noise, smell is too bad, the food quality and resturant setup is so bad… they are still printing vouchers for breakfast!!

Service from staff was terrible, they have no knowledge of restaurants in the area , not helpful with directions etc. The hotel reception area is really their bar area which is geared to private parties and not to the needs of hotel guests. It is very loud and crowded as it is a party space. We were travelling with young kids and found this area difficult to navigate with a stroller, to leave the building you have to squeeze past a crowd of people to get to the elevator. Rooms are small which is typical for Tokyo but poor layout made it seem smaller. All in all if you are travelling with kids or just want a quiet space to sit and relax this hotel is not a good fit. While we liked the location I would not choose this hotel again.

Location The projector (tv in the room) didn’t work. The app for laundry wasn’t working properly (gave the wrong amount of time left on the timer). The room was very small and strangely configured (I understand that Japan hotel rooms are usually on the smaller size). The beds were put together in an ‘L’ shape so either your heads would be touching or foot and head or feet to feet.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It's in Ginza, and everything you need is within walking distance. The elevator system is inconvenient, as you need to switch to another elevator on the second floor to reach your room. The reception area can be quite noisy at night and sometimes feels more like a nightclub. Also, the hotel does not have a vending machine

The location was perfect! just down the road from a 711 and heaps of food places right out the door of the building staff were lovely! the room was very spacious for japan definitely would recommend to anyone looking at staying here nothing it was perfect ..

Everything about this hotel was flawless—the location, cleanliness, lovely staff and room size&condition were perfect! We stayed in Tokyo, took a side trip to Kyoto, and came back. The hotel was lovely enough to store our large suitcases while we were away, and they had already brought them up to our room by the morning we returned. We truly appreciated this wonderful service! Japan is the best!!! We stayed on the 9th floor. Due to the hotel's architectural design, the windows cannot be opened. However, both the air conditioning and the humidity control system worked perfectly. Not a problem for us.
