Great location and beautiful facility. Great price
-
The room was very small and was not worth the price.
-
There’s a train station as soon as you exit the hotel. GREAT STAFF and food all around the area. This is our second time staying for our anniversary, we plan to do so again. Very clean as well for an extremely decent price
-
Our room backed into the railway line so we could hear the trains. But after the first couple of nights we got used to them.

A bit on the pricey side.

The location, the large room and bathroom and the spectacular view from the 12th floor. It is right outside Ginza station (C1 exit) and 2 minute from the bus stop to LabPlanet. The reception has a large sitting area where they serve delicious drinks. It is also possible to sit outside and take in the energy of the city. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Most of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. The food was ok, we expected better from a 4-star hotel. We didn't know until it was too late that it was possible to order a Japanese breakfast instead of the western-style one. They cater to a western clientele and the food reflects that.

Excellent location with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The bed was very comfortable, the lobby was beautiful and inviting, and we appreciated the staff helping us secure a restaurant reservation during our stay. The airport shuttle to Narita Airport was also only about a 5-minute walk away, which made traveling very convenient. Our room had significant train track noise that was not disclosed during booking. When we asked about changing rooms, we were told there would be an additional nightly fee, which felt disappointing given the price of the stay. We also felt the response from staff could have been more understanding. On checkout day, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on and checkout not being until 11am, which made us feel somewhat rushed. Overall, the service felt less warm and welcoming compared to the hospitality we experienced elsewhere during our travels in Japan.
-
Excellent location. Our room was big and very clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast needs more variety. Cafe latte was served somewhat cold.
-
Nice and modern hotel in a good location, good breakfast and quick service . Large rooms and very clean The hotel did not have a pool and was a bit pricey for the facilities
-
Great location. High end shopping district, lots of restaurants. All types. 30 feet from major subway access. Good for walking. Close to parks and Imperial Palace. Staff was great and very helpful. Mariko in the restaurant was exceptional! Not much.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly. They offered us an upgrade option(for a fee) when we asked about room size, but we ended up declining that because we wanted to be on the same floor as our teenage son (diff room). A bit pricey. For this stay we had standard double room and we did not love it. Felt small and cramped and out our window we could mainly just see the grey side of a building that was about 20 feet away. Felt very “enclosed”. We came back again to this hotel and stayed in the king deluxe room and that was delightful.
-
Comfortable rooms, beds. Bath/shower was solid (great hot water and water pressure). Jammies they give you were comfortable. Breakfast buffet varied (western style) and delicious. Great location. Entrance to Ginza subway line literally 10 steps from hotel front door. A little pricey.

The breakfast was busy and limited menu
