Felt luxurious from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The lobby was an exceptional meeting place and the concierge very helpful. The pool was magnificent and appreciated the gym! All wonderful.

The art around the property is absolutely stunning. The location feels incredibly comfortable right in the heart of the city, yet surrounded by trees, which gives it a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was perfect!

Location. Very helpful staff. Excellent value champagne and bites package. Lovely spacious room. Nice gesture from management with bottle of champagne provided for our 40th wedding anniversary We felt that for the price breakfast should have been included at no extra charge. Compared to other Peninsula hotels we felt it lacked a bit of style. In house restaurants we thought were much more expensive than outside restaurants of similar quality. Maybe more offers for in house guests.

Everything was exceptional — the staff were incredibly attentive and kind, the room was luxurious and perfectly maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. The small details, like the welcome tea service and the evening turndown, made the stay feel truly special. The lunch and dinner menus were a bit limited, especially considering the otherwise exceptional experience. A few more variety options would make it perfect.

The room we occupied was both aesthetic and practical. The room had all the usual amenities as well as a very large dressing room. The design of the accomodation was elegant and unpretentious. Our stay included my birthday and without any notification the hotel provided a birthday cake and candles and a birthday greeting card, which was unexpected and well appreciated. We enjoyed both the breakfast and two evening meals in the lobby restaurant and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Kurumi of the staff was outstanding in her hospitality. Everything was great

The staff are very accommodating, they’re kind and warm as they greet us everytime we go out and come back to the hotel :) I love that our room is very spacious and I love how big the bathroom and walk in closet/vanity space. They always give us fresh towels and even if we don’t request they will change our slippers and complete the toiletries set. The staff speak english very well so it’s also not hard for us to communicate to them. Convenience and elegance comes with a price - the hotel is a bit on the expensive side - but still worth it.
