N/A Room size to small

The rooms are a bit small

Everything Would be great to add more food outlets

Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Guest amenities are great. Friendly staff.

Very convenient The couch near the window is useless and takes up space

The hotel is centrally located and is just a 5 min walk to the main Ginza shopping area. Right opposite is the little underground boulevard with tonnes of bars and restaurants. The room is well decorated and clean. The staff is really courteous too, there's a smoking room and gym on the 3rd floor which is convenient for smokers since you can't smoke in most public places in Japan. They give you pajamas and since we were travelling with our child they gave a kid size pajamas to my child, too. She was thrilled. They also had a coffee machine in the room which was such a nice touch especially when you're on holiday. The rooms could have been a little larger and I wish there was a cupboard to store things, we had to leave all our shopping stuff in bags on the floor and it got a tad bit messy due to that.

Everything is perfect quick check in , location , and reception, also the house keeping they cleaning room very well the atmosphere of the hotel is quiet i like also the color for decoration i am sure that visiting mercure Tokyo hibiya again. Nothing , i like every thing

Good location, clean room The room had a weird smell of plastic and rubber like it was just refurbished. Which would be ironic since the choice of black as the main colour scheme for the room makes it appear more like a dingy 1980s boutique hotel than a comfortable business hotel. As a result of the colour, the room also appeared really dark, with insufficient ceiling light and claustrophobic design.

Exceptional

The area is wonderful, plus the presence of convenient stores and restaurants in the area are a short walking distance from the hotel, and train stations within the vicinity of the hotel. Breakfast options.
-
The hotel is very nice and clean. Few steps away from the Shimbashi train station. Room is quite small but clean. It could be noisy if you choose a room facing the train station. The staff was very polite in changing my room to a quite one.

This hotel smells bad. We woke up at 5am to the smell of sewage. We had to pack up and switch to another room on the 10th floor. It smelled better but the next morning, the smell of feces was coming through the vent into our room. We were informed by the night shift staff that the pipes were old in the building. We can't wait to check out and move to a better hotel.

Loved the decor, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the convenience of the location and how it was on the quieter side of Tokyo. Not much

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly, and location is close to train stations to get into the more touristy parts of Tokyo. Hotel offers a laundry service, if you drop off before 10am you’ll have the laundry back that same night. Very expensive but it was helpful for us as we were stopping in Tokyo for a few nights as part of a 3 week trip through Asia. Hotel breakfast is a huge let down for the price - Approx $90 AUD for a bowl of cereal and the smallest “cooked breakfast” I’ve ever seen. Only went there the once. The room itself is quite small and as is the ensuite which makes it uncomfortable even just for a couple. There is no real space to store suitcases so in a small space it is very easy to become crowded and messy just due to lack of practicality in room design. I think this hotel is more suited to solo business travellers

New fitout that looks great. Hotel staff where attentive and polite. Great location, right next to the train station with plenty of food within walking distance. Breakfast food offering did not meet expectations. Unfortunately heard a lot of noise from adjacent rooms (even while on second-most top floor), and guest arriving within corridors.

Beautiful hotel and amazing location. The rooms were on the smaller side but it was enough space for us.
