Room was a little bit too small for a couple with 2 large suitcases. It would be great if we could've stored at least one of them under the bed.

Good location - close to the train stations and lots of late night food options around. Very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Room layout made it hard to fit larger suitcases.

Staff service was pleasant: professional and fast. We also appreciated provided extra services like umbrellas, shoe drier etc. Request from the hotel to clean the room every 3 days (I guess as per hotel policy) made us feel uncomfortable. Mediocre sound isolation of the room window resulted in permanent noise in the room due to proximity to neighbor hotel with its chillers installed in front of our window and rumbling railway bridge (no trains from midnight to ~5 am though) — light sleepers might feel very disturbed.

Small but very functional rooms, very well designed and equipped. Excellent shades on windows, shower with great water pressure. Very comfortable beds and linens. Request sent to hotel via Booking was never acknowledged

Rooms are tiny but pack everything in - we did not feel claustrophobic at all! Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities you will require. Excellent location close to Shimbashi station and surrounded by eating joints and street counters selling desserts. Staff were efficient and helpful.

The hotel was easy to find and within a short walking distance of the Ginza shopping district. Also very close to a convenience store for late-night snacks or early morning breakfast. There was construction next door, which we were not notified about. It was quite loud, especially when coming and going.

It’s a pretty hotel with great staff, the rooms are clean By accident i lifted it up and saw against the light HUGE yellow stains. i can understand that things doesn’t have to be brand new when in a hotel but that was just crazy and i couldn’t rest easy knowing those many stains were there

This is our 4th stay, given the great location and reasonable price. Great that they stored our luggage since we spent 2 nights in Hakone before our booked stay in Tokyo. Very clean and functional. As expected room is quite small, specially if you have 2 large clam suitcases. But this is the general norm in Tokyo. Limited facilities, but we had all we needed.

The breakfast was wonderful and well worth it! Staff was friendly and helpful and there were lots of free amenities available to guests. The bed and pillow situation was a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were serviceable, but nothing special.

The hotel is close to the train station, making it very convenient to get around. The price is a bit high, but still worth it. The staff provided excellent service.

Location was great. Two person room was good. AC was good. Wireless internet was great. Description was misleading--the room cannot accommodate three people unless one of the three is an infant. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to a larger room, but were not able to provide any additional bedding for a third person.
