The location is great. You are right next to several different subway lines to take you all around the city. The room was tiny. The smallest room out of the seven different hotels we stayed in. The bed was also one of the firmest.

Staff were very professional, pleasant and efficient. Breakfast had limited options, who wants to eat pizza for breakfast?

The room was the smallest we've been to, even in Tokyo. It was still sufficient, just a bit more challenging.

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the metro/train station. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops are around. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was decent.

i loved how eveything was self serve in a way. the luggage transfer was super easy and staff were very polite. if wanted to stay in tokyo would definitely recommend. only thing i didn’t like about the property was the space it’s definitely a small room even with the deluxe room it’s pretty hard to open a suitcase on the floor fully. the bathroom is very tiny as well for the price i paid i was expecting a bigger room. as i am in osaka right now paying less a night with a bigger room to open up 2 big suitcases fully and with a laundry machine ifs definitely small.

Great location if you are dropped off by airport limousine bus. Close to Metro station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Bed was not comfortable. My room was near the storage closet, house cleaning began rumbling around in there about 4:45 two of my three nights stay. You can also hear the train, so it is fairly noisy.

Location wise it was great. The noise from the trains are insane. Even when they handed me ear plugs, it didn’t help. I laughed. Maybe locals can handle it but us tourists, was a rough night. We requested to move a room, of course with an extra charge, they moved us to Annex building behind was a bit quieter. But we paid extra to be moved.

the room small but super comfy and good enough for sleep. we do outside activity a lot. the staff is amazing and the luggage transfer service are amazing. location are super convenience. nothing, all good.

The location and cleanliness are excellent. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends if the price will be a little lower. The overall I really like the hotel. As I mentioned before if the price is little lower, I would get another nights.

The location was excellent. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. There was easy access to four different train lines (Ginza, JR Yamanote, Yurikamome and Asakusa Line. Access to Ootoya Restaurant (excellent!) and Family Mart was right through connecting doors. Our room faced the train lines heading into Shimbashi station so it was a tad noisy when we were trying to sleep and before our normal wakeup time.
