The location is fantastic. The view from the lobby is amazing. There is a Family Mart in the building and a Lawson across the small street. The view from your room can be stunning depending on location. The staff were very nice. They stored our luggage for us. There are multiple subways within 10-15 minute walk. The toilet was so loud! And it flushed automatically so during the night it wakes up the person sleeping and just hearing the roar affected me being able to go back to sleep. I asked the hotel to check on it but nothing was done. I barely slept during my 5 day stay and felt terrible. Additionally, we were first put in a room that squarely faced a large building under construction, it was shocking. The hotel did move me to the other side and up a couple floors but the building under construction was still dominant in the view. I was surprised bc none of the pictures on the website included that particular vantage point.

Located in a quieter, part of Tokyo, but close to Shimbaya station. The lobby offers a magnificent view of the Tokyo skyline. It was a great base from which we could take day trips throughout Tokyo. The perimeter had outdoor plants providing a green perimeter. As some other guests have commented, there were some scuff marks on the wall, where people are placed their luggage, and the wheels must have marked the wallpaper. This is really minor and other than that, we really had no complaints. Rooms in general are smaller, but there was plenty of space for a shower and a bath.

Loved location I would say that the separate elevators to go up and down were a bit inconvenient. But also my bed would constantly come undone
-
Great location near subway stations and walkable to many restaurants and shops.
-
Breakfast very crowded and just until 9:45 last call kind of difficult to rich that time

Great Location. Incredible views.

Room has smell

Great rooms with just enough space. We stayed here twice during our trip, once in a king room and once in a double twin bed room. Both had AMAZING city views. The location is good right near Shimbashi station, and we were able to get to most places we wanted to go within 30 mins; Ginza was an easy walk nearby and had the most restaurant options. Extremely accommodating, kind and helpful staff! I noticed that of all the hotels we stayed in Japan, this hotel's staff were more fluent in English than others. Also HUGE plus was this property had very effective blackout curtains - this was helpful in trying to get ahead of jetlag before we left back to our home country. We had the breakfast buffet one morning, and it wasn't really anything special; you'd be better off getting breakfast elsewhere.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located within walking distance of train stations, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Upon check-in, I noticed what appeared to be an eyelash or eyebrow hair on the pillow and stains on the toilet seat. As we had just completed a 12-hour flight and were extremely tired, I didn’t request a room change at the time. However, these issues made me question the room’s cleanliness, and I believe housekeeping could pay more attention to these details.

The location was very convenient, the view was incredible, staff are very friendly and helpful! We loved the snack and beverage lounge available to guests, as wells as the washer and dryer option! Despite the hotel and rooms being clean, there was an extremely strong and offensive odor in the rooms - we had two guest rooms and both rooms had the same strong smell - almost like body odor. We think it was the cleaning agents used to clean the rooms? Not sure, but the main lobby of the hotel did not have this same smell.

This is the best hotel in Tokyo, either for the location, service and accomodation, and of course the price! Nothing

Absolutely stunning views of Tokyo. The hotel starts around the 12th floor so all the rooms are high enough that they have a great view. The room was big, especially for Japan. Very clean and comfortable. It is also pretty close to the train station so getting to and from airport was simple.

Smelled like curry in my room & the wifi was absolutely terrible

Location , breakfast and the people very kind. Location is perfect. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room very tiny , but very clean the bed was ok

Amazing staff! Amazing facilities! Amazing view!

Nothing it was great.

Close to Shimbashi Train station. Our room smelled and we did complain but nothing came out of it. There is no Family Mart inside hotel. It’s outside across the street. Small rooms no counter space in bathrooms nowhere to hang clothes or store suitcases.

This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views. Excellent front desk staff, and the buffet was amazing. One laundry machine had a drainage issue in the dry cycle and kept the clothes wet.
-
Safe building. There were 2 earthquakes! Location.

Laundry services available though you should not iverload the dryer because the machine is both a washer and dryer. Can borrow umbrellas on rainy day. Service by reception and information desk was exceptional! Went above and beyond to help us with directions and arranging luggage delivery service. Bed and pillows were comfortable Generally all hotel rooms in Japan tend to be smaller, felt this one is average size as well Slight odour in the room but could be due to the dehumidifier machine in the room
