Compared with the rest of the property within the same area, this property's price is a bit competitive. A great neighborhood and easy check-in process. The room is similar to what they advertised on the booking page. Nothing much, it sad that the hotel in metropolitan area such as Tokyo always have limited space, so it's hard to open up your big luggage, but very understandable. You get what you paid for, i guess.

We loved the location, the staff were very friendly, the room size and bathroom (shower pressure and temperature) were fantastic. The beds were a little hard and especially the pillows were uncomfortable. One quick improvement could be upgrading the pillows.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was excellent—conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to get around.

Stayed for 4 days. The place is accessible esp.for shopping, transportation including transfers and some local restaurants. Theres also convenient stores nearby. No complains to be honest. Staff are very respectful and attentive (receptionists and housekeepers). Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. Keep up the good work!

It was near to the Train station. Walking distance to good food. The water in the bathroom was hot. I didn't die. There were only two plugs and they weren't easy to access. The TV dates back to the early 2000's. I might have has this size for my computer at one time. The staff let me be confused while checking in at their check-in machine. It couldn't find my reservation via any way to they requested. When I finally walked over to the desk, they reached behind them and had my card right there. I could have saved 10 minutes of frustration because there was 2 people at the check-in desk doing nothing. They could have helped.
