Small rooms. Hardly any room to move around. But I guess this is pretty standard of Tokyo hotels. No laundry in the building, so if you’re staying long and need to do the laundry, you’ll have to walk 12-15 minutes to the closest coin laundry facility.

I loved how the room was packaged. Optimal use of space. The reclining bed that is a couch is a genius idea. Breakfast was ok. The gym was super small and busy.

Staff was fantastic, Very helpful. Breakfast was great, good selection of Western and Asian foods One of the days of my stay, the cleaning crew left a stale body oder smell that lingered for a few hours

Property was clean and modern with good room amenities. Lobby entrance area a bit crowded at times due to checking in backups and extremely limited space.

Just before we checked out, we asked if we could get breakfast that morning, and the corral said yes. Then he checked us out. And informed us we couldn’t have breakfast because we were now checked out, even though we asked before he checked us out and he had said yes.

The Location The rooms are quite small and there is no space to keep luggage.Even the rules for late check out is crazy as even though I. Paid for the late check out till 3.00 pm the hotel did not need to my request to extend it by an hour on a complimentary basis though my return flight was at 2230 hrs. Am not sure if I will go back to this hotel again as even the breakfast was hyped and not anything great compared to the hotels we stayed in Osaka and Kyoto.

great location,easy access to Ginza/Shinbashi and close to Stations. Rooms compact, but very comfortable, nice bed, enough room for suitcase/ hanging clothes. Loved the robot room service!

It is very small! Only 1 stool for the two of us!! There was an ant on my friend’s bed and she was bitten by it.

Location was great, walking distance to Ginza shopping district as well as Tsukiji fish market.
