Highly recommend the b ginza! The location is very good, being very close to the shopping area and a lot of great food options. The staff were also incredibly helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean, though it is considered a bit small. A wonderful highlight was the complimentary beer, coffee, and pancakes they provided, which were very nice touches! Overall, it was a fantastic and convenient stay. Room is small

Had a wonderful stay at the b ginza. Great location, right across from Don Quijote. Steps away from Family Mart and 7 Eleven. Free pancakes in the morning and unlimited coffee all day. Loved the lobby area with lots of sitting and shared spaces.

It was clean, very quiet. The location was excellent. The food was great, all the staff were very nice and excellent to deal with. The coffee in the lounge was very very good!! The location was great. It was very clean.

The rooms are small, yet comfortable. The hotel is located close to the main shopping street of ginza with various shops and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast buffet is not that appealing.

Very clean, quiet, great location For me the beds were a little too hard but, having stayed in several other hotels in Japan , this seems to be the norm.

The bed was a little too firm for me. Some people like firm. I don't. So it is a personal preference issue.

extra coffee in the lobby. Clean hotel. Great location. Elevator malfunctioned frequently. Room very small and dark. Overlooked an ugly roof top gizmo that made a loud buzzing noise 24/7.

few time i went to the counter and try to ask something to me the boys' eye looked at me in anger seems i was distubing him.
