View Smoke smell in elevators. Was not told that the hotel allows smoking in certain floors

The staff were very helpfully and the hotel is amazing The rooms were a bit small but manageable

Good location, metro 5 mins walk, friendly staff, nice views from the room. This is not the first time I see the property marked 5* at booking.com, but the hotel is in fact 4*, with 3* look and feel. It is an outdated hotel with old dirty carpets smell in the corridors, stuffy elevators, badly cleaned rooms with hairs from previous guests in the bathroom and a very small rooms. It would be OK for half price we've paid, not what they are asking for. Also, the bar downstairs (16th floor) is overpriced with terrible food.

The room was quite small, but that's the trade-off for such a convenient location.

Room was of reasonable size & location near the airport limo bus stop was a bonus. Cleanliness was good except for one day on the 26 June'2026 where the rubbish was not cleared. Clearing of the rubbish was not done on 26 June2026 where the cleaning staff did not clear out the take out food containers as well as the unwashed tea cups. We had to remove the rubbish ourselves. On the other days, the dustbin was cleared, including the washing of the cups. Room was stuffy when we first checked in which caused me to have sniffing nose.

The location is very good in Ginza, close to many shops, restaurants, and a train station. The hotel is a high-rise building with a beautiful view of Tokyo. The breakfast had a very good variety and great service. We reserved a Superior Room with three beds, but the room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to move around, and we could not even fully unpack our luggage. We asked whether it would be possible to upgrade to a larger room and were willing to pay an additional fee, but unfortunately no larger rooms were available. As a result, our stay was less enjoyable than we had hoped. If you are traveling to Japan, I recommend checking the room size (square footage or square meters) carefully before booking a hotel, as room sizes can be much smaller than expected.

Nothing.

The staff and amenities were great! Some areas in the room needed upkeep or replacement - like the bathroom tiles and the table top mirror. The rooms are quite small compared to others I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. The location is primarily in a financial area.

Great breakfast with both Japanese and western options. Easy check in and out, handling our baggage transfer without a problem. The view from the reception is exceptional. A short walk to the metro. Room is really small, but it is Tokyo...

The location was great, loved having the Natural Lawson so close by and Ginza was just a few blocks away. loved the buffet breakfast every morning. The gateau was especially good. Tokyo Station was too far to walk with luggage, so needed a taxi
