The rooms are a bit small

Location was great. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Rooms are small but I was aware of that which is why I booked a Premium twin. Great value! I was disappointed that the tv's did not have streaming services..ie Netflix. I stayed at the Sotetsu Yodoyabashi and they had this service. In order to watch a movie from an extremely small selection, I had to pay extra.

Location is good for exploring Ginza. Location is good for Ginza but a bit of a walk to any trains or bus. Maybe a 10 min walk to either and found us leaving Ginza more than staying in it.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous. Mr. Kido (I believe was his name) went above and beyond to assist me with a snafu I had with a travel agency tour booking. I am so grateful for his sincere caring and desire to help. More variety on the breakfast buffet line would be nice.

Location is Superb - subway/ train accessible, retail (shopping), F&B, 2 mins walk to Don Quijote :), airport shuttle transfer nearby. Hotel room and facilities are superb as well - it was clean, organized and customer service is excellent. I love this place because it provides complete facilities: Room amenities include shampoo, conditioner, facial products, bath salts, cotton buds, hair covers, a hair dryer, curling and straightening tools, towels, and sleepwear. The breakfast was excellent. Laundry facilities are available. Ice and oven are accessible. Luggage transfer services are provided. none

Amazing location. Pretty clean and easily accessible. The room I got was smaller than usual. I stayed in Tokyo multiple times and room I got here was the smaller than normal. Breakfast is terrible, absolutely not worth the money.

Clean hotel thats next to the train station. The elevator every time that went up from the 1st floor always stopped at the 2nd floor when no one requested it.
