The property was clean and convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The laundry facility was not efficient. The dryers took exceptionally long to dry out clothes.

Location Breakfast was less than expected for the western menu they only had two options and for the buffet only salad and fuits that were already cut as preparation. The coffee was from automatic coffee machine. No bread or any type of cheese in the buffet. No room service to eat especially after a long day of shopping. In addition no one to help you get your luggage during check out. The room were small however the space was utilized pretty well

Perfect location in Ginza. Lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The hotel itself is newer and very well done aesthetically. The staff was welcoming and very attentive. We had a later flight and they held our luggage for us which was so nice. The small bar in the lobby had great prices on drinks and a cozy loft to enjoy them in. The rooms looked nice but way to small. If your planning on staying more than a day or two I personally would find another hotel. The rooms are so small and the lighting is terrible. I was borderline claustrophobic. There is no closet space or any area for that matter to open a suitcase. The bed is as hard a rock and the pillows are for toddler beds. If you are traveling with someone this space is just too small for two people. The sink to wash your hands is right next to the bed, so if you need the restroom in the middle of the night you have to wash your hands next to the person sleeping. Over all the space was just too tight for two people. I felt the pictures online a but misleading.

The rooms are dark, not enough lighting. Otherwise we had a wonderful day. Good breakfast, and you can eat your breakfast in the nice rooftop terrace. Great location.

Next to the best shopping in Ginza and very central to different transit stations. Staff was very nice. Extremely clean facilities. The restaurant breakfast was great.

For proximity to the amazing shops of Ginza, this hotel is perfect, just around the corner. The train station is also a short walk. The beds we really comfortable and the staff were helpful. Good bathroom. No wardrobe but hooks and hangers provided was good. Easy quieter street to catch Taxis.

The room was hot. The maids didn't make the beds. The bartender was rude. The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel let us pay with a credit card the first night but said cash only the second night
