The hotel is in a great location, close to two convenience stores and a small supermarket. It’s within walking distance of Kanda Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making it a convenient base for your stay. If you plan to have dinner at the hotel, be aware that they charge a mandatory seating fee. It’s not expensive, but it’s one of those small annoyances that can make the experience a little less enjoyable—similar to the couvert charge commonly found at restaurants in Italy. Additionally, the room has only a 13-inch TV, which is too small to be practical.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Japan. The staff were attentive and helpful; the location cannot be beaten for access to the Yamanote line and the room provided everything needed.
-
Well situated 5-7 minutes walk from Kanda station. Plenty of affordable restaurants around Rooms on the smaller size.
-
Small room. Ver hard to love aroune
-
It was dirty a bit. There was a few dirty spots on the ceiling. Dusty vents.

The location was convenient, just a few blocks from Kanda Station, which is only one stop north of Tokyo Station, so it was a walkable distance from central Tokyo destinations like the Imperial Palace Gardens, etc. This was our first hotel stay in Japan so we were not familiar with the automated check-in kiosk, but the staff were very polite and helpful. As with most Japanese hotels, a variety of amenities were available in the lobby, including several types of pillows (first come first served). Watch out for the step to hotel level near the entrance - there's a very short, steep ramp, but we found it safer to just step up and down where there was no ramp. (Many businesses in the area have the same situation.)

Close to the station Shower pressure was great Pillow

Very convenient. Easy to get to. Near a station. Food stores all around. Friendly staff. My room neighbors were loud. Nothing that the hotel staff can do about it. Just that the walls are thin.
-
It is in the most convenient spot; there are three convenient stores and to food markets just within two to three blocks. The Kanda Station is just a short walk away. Staff helped me out immediately when I was having trouble with the self check in machine.

I liked that our room had 3 beds and wasn’t too far from the train station. How hot it was once you walked inside. We went the first week of January so the weather was cold outside so we were bundled up. But as soon as we walked in it was like a sauna. Not the best feeling when you’re already tired from walking your luggage down the street and a 12 hr flight. We were already grumpy and tired. But everything else was great!
-
Comfortable beds and very clean and organized at front of desk during check in/out. The location was a bit further away from the train station that we needed to make our trip. Not very close to tourist spots like shopping, eateries, etc. Lacked the vibe.

The bathroom was very old and the whole room small.
-
Location was very good since we were able to access many train stations. Meetup place of tours is just a station away. There was also a grocery and a lot of convenience stores within the area. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, although it is small. We were surprised that they clean up the room every day! Check in and check out is very smooth. They could have improve on how we can get drinking water. It was quite challenging to transfer from a small cup to our containers. The room also is quite outdated but it can be ignored since we are almost all day not in the hotel.

Extremely small room with very small toilet. Old building.
-
Location near Kanda station. Room size extremely small
-

-
Helpful staff Clean Good price Comfortable beds and pillows Bathroom really small

Access to the laundry area is a bit obscured and scary

Booked a single room which was small and clean. You can request each day for cleaning or not. Towels will be left at door. There's an amenities bar near reception if you need some extra stuff like lotions or sunscreen. the location is near a few subway lines maximum 8 mins away. Kinda close to Tokyo, Ginza, and Akihabara. Good location as it's quiet at night. Free coffee and energy shots in the lobby. Easy to use check in and check out. Bring cash or credit for the per night fee that's by law. If you need to do the Laundry room make sure you have 50 yen coins I think. You can buy detergent from the lobby desk or bring your own. Getting to the room is a little awkward as you are slightly exposed to the elements and walk two flights down, so don't wear any slippery footware that my slip if the stairs were wet.

Good location, close to a train station, convenience stores, and restaurant options. Nice clean room with good amenities!
