Nice location, can walk to many different areas. All amenities available, rooms updated, new and clean. Nothing to dislike, everything was good. Breakfast offerings were simple but enough to get you out the door.

The property is vey close to the metro station, and the room was clean. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. The breakfast onigiri is also well prepared. And finally, the surrounding area is very quiet, which i like a lot. My biggest criticism is the shower system. This could be my own room, but the water is either too hot or too cold. While showering, it tends to randomly go in one way or the other, disrupting your shower. And the hotel in general was very cold at times, which makes the shower situation even more uncomfortable. And the breakfast is okay, but the coffee is basically water ?.

Hotel location is five minutes from Tokyo Station by taxi ($6-$7). Our room and the common areas were spotless. The breakfast included three different soups and eight varieties of musabi. Staff helped us call a taxi to the hotel. An excellent value at $107 per night. Our room was compact.

Good Japanese breakfast and location, being just a minute away from the Metro. Good free coffee which I love so much to have it every morning. I will stay in this hotel again if I’ll come to visit Japan next time.

Walkable distance to Kanda Station (JR and Metro Subway). Shotengai (shopping street) between station and inn had an ecletic vibe, services, and foods. Breakfast included. Sento (public bathhouse) around the corner. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Imperial Palace loop (if you're into running). Check in and check out times (but they do have baggage storage service). Single elevator with an inefficient "brain" that took forever to come around.

Excellent hostel and very kind helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast included daily. It's a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station, a 5 minute walk to metro station (Otemachi station) to city centre and a 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. Very clean and beds are so comfortable, like sleeping in a white cloud. Everything was great overall.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great buffet breakfast, very comfortable beds, room has everything you need, including heated toilet seats. Close to Tokyo train station, a 10 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets all around the area. Nice area and safe to walk at night. Hotel staff are very kind and so helpful.
