Great central location around the corner from Kanda Station. Accidentally booked a smoking room on a Tuesday and they told me there were no smoking rooms available.. I found that a little hard to believe but it was my fault for booking a smoking room. Had trouble sleeping because the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and even the air purifier, opening windows, and air freshener did not help.

Very clean and mostly comfortable room, great location with good transport links and short walk to Akiharbara area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Could have done with thicker pillows as the ones in the room are quite thin, aware there were extras downstairs but they were all gone when we arrived

The hotel is conveniently located close to Kanda Station and the Imperial Palace. The neighbourhood also offers a wide variety of food options. In the evenings, it’s common to see salarymen socialising with their teams and enjoying themselves. The room was cleaned every day as requested, and it was comforting to return to a clean room after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They efficiently arranged luggage forwarding services for us. In hindsight, after reflecting on the Japan trip, we felt the room was a bit cramped cramped for two people.

The carpet in the common areas and the room was stained and worn. Although the room and hotel was clean, the carpet made it feel like it was not.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the metro station and Tokyo Station, which made transportation easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. Overall, it offers good value for the price. The rooms were really small, especially if you have more than 2 luggages. It was difficult to move around comfortably inside the room.

Great location close to lots of bars, restaurants and the Imperial Palace and park area. Enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby. Helpful and friendly staff. comfortable beds. Walking distance to shopping. nothing really.

Well located by the train station and close to some convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Also a good grocery store nearby. Great staff and it was nice to have coffee provided for our room. The restaurant is very average

The lights in the room itself were a bit bright and a little taxing on my mind. I found myself wanting to dim the lights a bit and saw no option to do so. A small thing, and my only complaint. Otherwise the room and my stay was fantastic.
