The staff was very pleasant, the location good and the price very reasonable. The rooms were small but functional. The breakfast was a bit odd, but tasty.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. The location offered several metro options for getting around Tokyo. The rooms were of good size for Japan. The breakfast was made with quality ingredients and offered healthy choices. While the breakfast food was well prepared and of very good quality, I found the selection to be a bit limited.

Location - hotel is 700m from Tokyo Station (main train station) and in a quiet business area. Room - good size for Tokyo and very clean. Bathroom great. Great breakfast in cafe attached. Walking distance to Imperial Gardens (800m) Highly recommend Nothing

Nice property. Clean and very nicely decorated. Not crazy about the location for families. It was far from a lot of the areas our teenage boys wanted to visit and made it hard to take a little break during the day.

Desk was adequately staffed at all times. They looked after our luggage the afternoon after we checked out so we could tour the city. The room was fairly small. The location was in the heart of the financial district. Not ideal for a vacation stay.

There was an exceptional hotel staff when I checked in on Thursday later afternoon. It was hot and humid, and I was sweating after walking from Tokyo station dragging luggages. Upon noticing I was a little exhausted from the humidity and heat, she offered a bottle of water before proceeding with check in. She was very professional yet warm with hospitality. Another bonus was better sound proofing between rooms. I was able to sleep without any disturbance. Breakfast: I liked their well balanced cooked vegige dishes. I wish they had rice or even rice flour bread. It was a little gluten heavy breakfast line up.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel was an excellent base for seeing Tokyo. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms had everything you need to make the stay pleasant. The area surrounding the hotel has restaurants, convenience stores and subway nearby, but also is a business district so quieter than other parts of Tokyo, which we enjoyed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and spoke quite a lot of English. Check in was quite smooth and our rooms were always cleaned very quickly so if we needed to pop back to the room, it didn't interfere with any of their processes. Very great location being only about 50 metres away from a train station. They also refilled bottles of water in the mini-fridge which was complementary. I I don't really have anything else they could improve on. The room was small by Western standards but by my experience of Japanese hotels, it was actually great sized.

Yes,the room was nice The horrible breakfast really disappointed me. There were very few choices, and they didn’t even have fresh sunny-side-up eggs for breakfast. The bread was cold. Really disappointed.

Clean and staff was great. Nice to have breakfast in the morning before heading out. Unfortunately just like most of Japan the beds were VERY firm. Just know ahead of time if you are use to western pillow tops this will not be what you will get. It is a Japan thing, not exclusive to this hotel.

The hotel is located in quite neiberhood, close to train station, the staff was helpful and kind, in the hotel they have washing machine and dryer, and microwave, a lots of restaurants and markets around. The room size is small, we had 2 big luggage and it was difficult to moves, no closets at all.
