Everything was awesome. Great location and value.
-
No bathrobe and the shower curtain is small causing water splashing out of the tub
-
Well-located in central Tokyo near the palace and close to the subway. Very clean and quiet, staff are polite and responsive to requests, very good breakfast with a variety of choices and changing options each day.
-
Great location and great staff Breakfast was a bit light in choice and everyday the same thing
-
Great location next to the upscale business district. JR and metro lines within 5 minute walk. Many convenience stores and cafes/restaurants within short walk as well. Decent size room for the price and location. Helpful & friendly staff. Quite small table in the room compared to similar hotels

Upon checking in and arriving to our room, we realized that it is not posible to open the window. Also, since it was our second stay and we remembered the size of first room, because the second one was just a tiny bit smaller due to a part of a wall in the corner portruding into the room. When you have to be in that room for over a week, even that tiny bit counts. I assume that it was some kind of structural element for the building. Now, back to the window. We got back to the lobby and asked about the window and the ability to open it (window could be opened in the first room). The lady at the conunter told us that there is a regulation in Japan and that the windows must not be opened and that the ability to open the window in our first room was a mistake and that we could change rooms in the morning. In the morning nobody talked about the regulation on closed windows, and we were moved to another room where the window could open and the room size was as it should be. Bad room no. - 1001. Good room no. 902. I would come back to this hotel, but would be carefull with room inspection on arrival. My grade would be a 10 for this stay, but -0.5 for small differences in room sizes and -1.5 for lying to customers, makes it 8.

The room that we had was much more outdated than what they show online.

Location 7/11 right next door. Quality food at very respectable price. Try their Egg Sandwich. Heaven! Tiny room but I guess it’s expected

How close it was to so much stuff. Food, activities, everything was a short bus ride or walk away The small room we received did not look like the photos and I found a few black hairs in my bed which turned me off. It wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be
-
There is no dedicated lobby. Breakfast is served in the lobby. So in the morning, if you do not eat your breakfast at the hotel, you do not get a spot to sit in the lobby (in case you need to stay there for a while for any reason).

The staff. Very friendly. The hotel was able to accommodate our group of 4 when I booked the deluxe twin room. The room itself was amazing. Having the kitchenette was a game changer. The location. It wasn't a bad location but when you're walking 15-20k everyday and buying stuff, walking back and forth from hotel and train station, your feet will definitely be feeling it.
