Location. It is walkable from JR Station Kanda station to hotel. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel has vending machines and washer/ dryer which is a big plus after a week of visiting Japan. The room was big and comfortable. Nothing

The hotel was clean and had very easy access to a few train stations including Tokyo station. Nothing!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and service. I would certainly stay here again due to how helpful the staff were! As in other reviews, the bed was pretty firm/hard, as was the pillow. I ended up getting an extra blanket and using that to pad the bed, which made it comfortable enough.

The rooms are very small. But this matters only if you plan to spend plenty of time in the room. Luckily for me, that wasn't the case. The bed and the sheets are not the most comfortable ones.

My room was cold for my standart due to Lack of private air conditioner in the room. Staff gave me extra blanket with that i endured during my stay.

Near Tokyo and Kanda station. Metro station near by also. Polite staff. House keeping brought clean towels and emptied trash bin everyday. There is a 7-Eleven nearby and another konbini located across the street. Room was a little small but it was fine for solo traveling. Not really an issue.

As expected - not much space, basic amenities but clean and comfortable enough. Decent location for transport. It was as expected; no surprises!

The AC was set to heated and we had to open the window to cool the room every now and then.

Kind of long travel from the closest station, dark and spooky if you are traveling alone. Staff are helpful, speaks good English. No smoking area around. Very very tiny bathroom. The alley between the hotel and Kenda Eki. Maybe if you travel straight from the Tokyo station it will be nicer.

The facilities were on the poor side and even though we stayed for one night it was expensive for the value- I asked to check out late which I understand there’s a fee and I payed it eventually but it was overprice per hour to our room.

Very good location. High quality hotel for a good price. Room was rather small. Very weak power in USB outlet for charging phone etc. Limited English communication.
