The towel rack was damaged but simply left the wreckage in bathroom.. It seems a little bit dangerous but the hotel didn’t handle on it..

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. To begin with, we booked a superior non-smoking room with a city view and two windows. Yet, at check-in, they simply placed us in a completely different room—a room on the third floor that was for smokers (we are non-smokers) and far inferior to what we had actually booked! They claimed it was a platform error (a blatant lie!). We paid extra, and they decided where to put us. We complained, but they did absolutely nothing to help—it was either that room or sleeping on the street. Every morning, I woke up feeling like I had smoked a pack of cigarettes, which caused me nausea and other health problems. The breakfast had no options, the cleanliness was terrible, and the distance from the station was inconvenient for anyone with luggage. They offered no assistance whatsoever. I truly hope anyone reading this review will think twice before booking. It was a total waste of money in a horrible place that even harmed our health. Everything

I dropped my headphones near the lobby, it was returned to lost n found. They have extra umbrellas for guests. Very helpful.

New towels every day. The fact that they put me in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room is unacceptable. It's a headache to always smell smoke in the hallway on my way to my room. And I hate how dark the room is... hard to tell if it's sunny outside or not since the window doesn't open all the way. Never staying here again. And there's always little bugs flying around every day

The breakfast was good and convenient. Had the option to get new towel everyday. They don’t clean your room daily. But, they could clean it if you request it. Not too far away from the train station so it’s convenient. 7/11 is close by which is nice. Ueno park was also close which was nice considering that my family came during cherry blossom season. Room is really small. Not much walking space and you also don’t have any room to lay out your suitcase. Hotel also only has room for only 2 people. So if you plan to stay with family you will probably have to split up into groups.
