The property was very clean.Well maintained. It would be nice if they had connecting room for people traveling with children and if the hotels could have bigger rooms
-
Good location. Clean Small spce for luggages
-
The hotel is clean, and providing two pillows per guest is a welcome touch. However, the room size is extremely small, with the bed positioned just one step from the door. Overall, considering the limited space, the price is relatively high compared to other nearby hotels.

Free coffee and other supplies.

The hotel and room was new and clean overall. Staff was always attentive and helpful during our stay. They even lend us a hand scale to weigh our luggage before checking in at the airport which helped ease my worries about it being over the weight limits. While the location is 10 minutes away from Ueno Station, for some reason walking there felt longer. Also, this was the smallest room we stayed at. Bed and amenities were great, but it lacked some practicality such as hooks in the bathroom — particularly useful when you need to manage yourself in tight spaces. It didn’t help that we arrived with plenty of luggage this being our last stay on our trip.

Clean and staff are honest. They send me email regarding our stuff in the safety vault. Nothing

I love the place. Friendly staffs, would definitely come back again

Good location. Small but nice rooms. The hallways were always very cold.

Location to the Ueno Train station and local sites of interest was good. Nice walk to the Asakusa area from here. The shower in our room was great. High pressure and temperature We knew the rooms were small, ours was 11m square but it felt like a cell. No views to the outside at all

room was comfortable and staff were very helpful with luggage forwarding

Location was great. Staff were extremely helpful. Coffee machine at the front desk was a nice touch. No view, room a bit small.
-
Good location, good staff, and good price. The size of the room was tiny. We had a hard time moving around the room with two big luggages, two small luggage and two people. Every open space was occupied.
-
Room is ok got full facility to live. I feel like staffs not very welcome to us
-
The staff is very nice The price is high

Pillow is not comfortable. Size of room is too small.
-
Really cramped. The walls are covered with stains.
-
Nice shower. Good location. Wifi. Refrigerator in the room. Free coffee and water. Bed was not too small. Very tight space, narrow room. You'll live on your bed. Reception/ dining area had little space and no atmosphere. About a 12 to 14 min walk to station. Pillow was thin and hard.
-
Fairly close to Ueno station. Cute breakfast/coffee place next door. Rooms are quite dark unless the bathroom door is open as that is where the windows are.
