Like most or some hotels in Japan, the AC unit is not regularly maintained and having those molds that can make you sick

When they said there’s no English speaking staff they mean it. The WiFi didn’t work half of the time or most of time. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows you need to check them out. It’s not in the best location either. If you want to leave your luggage they won’t take it to your room it’s just left out.

The hotel and location is safe for kids. Near train stations. Middle of every tourist spots. You can even walk going to asakusa area and Akihabara. Near shopping areas, malls and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Water, ice and drinks for kids and adults are all available until 9pm. A little too tight room space

Good location The room was so small, little room for our luggage: two small carryon and two backpacks. Futons very uncomfortable.

I like the free breakfast and pillow options. Location is excellent. The bathroom smelled. And the room doesn't come with air purifiers like other Japanese hotels in this price range.

It was hard for the 3 of us to move in the room but we made it work.

I was comfortable beds and included breakfast was very nice. The room was 129sq ft for three people. Very small but functional

It’s very near Ueno Station. The breakfast buffet was both delicious and healthy. It’s not ideal for triple sharing.

The room is too small for three people. The washroom is also very small.

Breakfast was good -- Japanese staples and some bread. It was surely a nourishing start to the day. The rooms were a bit small. Also, it may be more hygenic to use disposable slippers.
