Best customer service staff, clean hotel with beautiful rooms, sauna and lounge. Was waking distance to many restaurants, metro, bars and stores.
-
Everything Rooms were small but perfect for us!
-
Great location. Delicious breakfast. A truly Japanese experience, complete with a hot water spa.
-
I have been several times and especially like the breakfast and the sauna. There is no cattle for hot water (tee) in the room, and it is not always convenient to go down. It took a while until I worked out where the microwave is located to heat up a meal.
-
Exceeded expectations. Room was comfy and decent sized for Tokyo. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and easy access to the train.
-
One of my favorite hotels. So cozy and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back

The location was really perfect. Also, the daiyokujō improved our stay. The staff wasn't very attentive. They didn't even inform us about the complimentary drinks available downstairs and did not help arrange luggage shipment. Printing tickets at the reception desk also came with an additional charge. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom was so compact that there was hardly any space for personal toiletries.
-
Excellent location, good sized rooms, hot tub/sauna, evening snacks/drinks and breakfast buffet. Lights in hallway a bit too much twilight zone. Cool when you first check in and somewhat overwhelming after a night of drinking.
-
Location, minimalist hotel making you enjoy every new discover, all the amazing ammenities, amazing breakfast and happy hour with free beer :) N/A

I enjoyed the extended Happy Hour, the 9th floor view, and the spa. The free coffee in the morning, the snacks and the drinks in the evening were great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little on the small side but the value and location made up for it.
-
Staff very helpful and a great location.
-
Really good location. The hotel was clean and the room was exactly what was advertised. Not to mention the staff was amazing. N/A

I loved how clean the accommodation was. Great service. The staff there are always there to help with any issues.
-
I wish the spa was fully tattoo-friendly

The hotel feels new, the room is clean and well maintained. The rooms are very small (standard in Tokyo) but very well organized. The interior architect did a good job. Like everywhere in Tokyo, also the rooms in this hotel very small. Two European-sized people with standard luggages may have trouble moving around.

Good location, good stuffs Bad smelling like a shoes box The fridge didn’t work The room was very small Different from the pictures listed Very high price for this level
-
Nice clean comfortable great staffs. The Onsen was wonderful at end of each day. The pillows were too flat
-
We loved the onsen and rooftop bar that had happy hour. It was also in an ideal location. The fact that the window was completely blocked from the outside light. I understand its common for there to be frosted windows in Japan but this window was nearly completely opaque which made acclimatising to the jetlag very hard.

The service was great. The brekfast was delicious. The hotel is close to train station and in a nice neighborhood. The room was clean and very quiet. The room is relatively small. There were two of us in a room and we each has large suitcase and carry on and there was little room to walk around them.

Cute and cozy. Nice spa and breakfast. The rooftop was a let down! If you are booking this place for the rooftop understand it is only open for breakfast, and happy hour. You cannot go up there to sit and you need an EXTRA pass and will be denied entry without it. There is no other common area to set in.
