Amazing value for the money. Location, sq footage, cleanliness, design, etc, unbeatable lodging option. Check-in is cumbersome as other reviewers stated. But just follow the instructions and use your wit, you can overcome the challenge.

Location Not worth it, uncomfortable, cheaper furnishings used, beds were not really beds for the two other people, it was smaller space

Great place to stay with a family of 4, within easy walking distance of a couple of metro lines. Super easy check-in and check-out via kiosk. Laundry, extra pillows, towels and umbrellas were all available up on the 6th floor.

I wish there was someone on site for any help you may nees. However, we knew that before booking and took a chance. I did need to call twice and was able to get responses quickly.

The elevator and sometimes our room smelled like the grill from the next door restaurant (gas or oil smell)

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. It also closes to the train station, convenience store and supermarkets. Room is spacious with kitchen, fridge & microwave. Like the room with enough lighting as I need to work late so all good. All good and can't think of anything

The location was absolutely amazing!! Great proximity to food and shops and train station! The room design, set up and aesthetics were great. Checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely will recommend this place and stay again and again and again. The room temperature was not to my liking. It was colder than I’d like. We tried to increase the temperature but had trouble achieving the correct temp

Big rooms, modern and totally automated with no human assistance. A bit of smell from one of the restaurants below.

No luggage storage. Futons were flat and you can feel the ground when sleeping on them.

Proximity to train Loud street, smelled like cologne when we got in and the air conditioning smelled bad - probably needs a new filter and it will solve the problem.

Spacious, very clean have everything that I need No staff so the hotel cannot hold the luggage before check in

Location was great, with a smooth check-in and check-out process. Access to and from the hotel was also very easy and signage throughout the entrance lobby was very helpful despite the absence of staff. Though the room we stayed in had all the appliances we needed, the layout of the room was still a bit awkward for two people with several large suitcases.
