Location close to subways and the Hie Shrine. Room size was great Very strong smoke smells and smokey hallways. Air purifier needing to be on constantly in the room. Do not recommend for children. The street can be busy on the Friday and weekends however it still feels safe. Sofa beds not suitable for sleeping as they are too hard, we had to share the actual beds instead.

The room is a little dark for putting on makeup, so bring a travel makeup mirror.

Great staff, location, and spacious room. Seriously great staff. Musty smell in hallways. Room was tired and worn. Shower had mildew stains.

The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and kind! Good water pressure and large beds. The room was really dated and, although clean, had a dingy feel to it. Several outlets and a couple light switches didn’t work.

Staff was super friendly always met you at the door and walked you out. The balcony was sort of difficult to get into and was very small and really had no view.

We had to use baggage transport services to our next hotel and the staff was more than happy to help us fill in the forms needed, they even reached out to our next hotel to see if they would allow this service. The room had a washer, which was unexpected, but we appreciated a lot and used it to wash some of our clothes. I will always recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was wonderful! The girls at the front desk were always helpful and I always appreciated Puja greeting us! I think the hotel can use some updating. The room I stayed in had an old hotel smell and the bin that stores the hair dryer had lots of hair from the previous stay which was nasty. The washer/dryer didn’t work either. And the hallway’s carpet was worn out. Some upgrading would help a lot.

I like that there was a good amount of room for each of us in the room and have our own space. The staff was very friendly towards us and explained everything in detail. I really can't think of anything bad, we liked the accommodations and all.

Great location, seemed to be more of in the business district but plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was huge which was perfect for the 5 of us with a large sitting area. Elevator was old and did not always work the best.

The hotel is at a really convenient location - close to 3/4 metro lines making it easy to get around the city. Unlike the chaos of the rest of the city, this area is a bit more still at night which we appreciated. The hotel staff were so polite and the room was excellently maintained. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The train was fairly accessible. The hotel room was quite spacious.

Great location with a dozen or more restaurants on the same street. It is in a central location so it is easy to get anywhere. It has very spacious rooms and is family friendly. I would highly recommend it. The staff are extremely friendly.
