The room was in poor condition, Water damage on walls and mildew in the bathroom. I did not realize that the shower/sink water was connected when booking, which ended up being a bit of an issue when one person is showering and the other person needs to wash their hands. There was a lot of wear and tear on the furniture as well.

The facilities superseded my expectations. For a budget hotel, this place is beyond expectations. Definitely choosing this again for my next visit. The proximity to the metro station, convenience stores, bank, and the facilities provided are value for money! Nothing really. It was amazing!

This hotel was gross. The room had used tissue, bugs and mold in the bathroom. Generally the room smelt bad and the hotel itself felt unclean, especially the elevator. Would not recommend or book again.

Close to everything. Easy access to get to tokyo Disney and other surrounding areas of Toky. 711 Lawson and family mart all within 2 minutes of property. Visitor heaven paradise.. haha Minor negative was the bathroom shower area. Part of the sink is in the shower and height of tub, so it was very though to move the body around.

My room was too small to open my suitcase, had to open it on the bed once, got everything out I needed and put it under the bed. ? The staff didn't really speak english ?

Friendly staff, very helpful, room is small but we just need for one night, we travel on a budget so was the best option Is a bit of a walk to Tokyo station.

Very nice only about 17 minute walk to Tokyo station and about 5 ish to the closet station. 7/11 and family mart only down the road as well.

Location Staff was rude, hardly spoke japanese or english, the room was not cleaned once (I stayed 4 nights)

Location was very nice, as it was only a block away from the train station. In the area it was conveniently a few family marts 7-11s and a pharmacy which made it easy to grab anything I needed. The pictures from the booking.com made the room seem a bigger than it was but the biggest issue I faced was the wifi. It wasnt strong enough in my room. My stay was short but i still reached out to the staff regarding the wifi. They came up once tested the wifi near the bathroom and it was okay there. Near the bed I had only one bar which made everything load incredibly slow

The hotel was close to multiple train stations as well as numerous restaurants a lot of which were Michelin rated there were also numerous Shinto shrines within walking distance to the hotel
