You had to use your room key to turn the lights on and off. So you couldn’t turn one light on or off the whole room had to be on or off

Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciate the daily eco cleaning, amenities bar at the lobby, free coffee and tea, and of course the friendly and courteous staff! On our last day, we were mistakenly checked out an hour earlier so we couldn’t use our key cards to access the elevators and our room. The front desk staff did their best to help us, though.

Great location, excellent amenities, and close to stores and the subway. It was a wonderful 2 night stay and the rooms I must add are quite big for Japan, specifically Tokyo. Nothing to dislike but at some point the bathrooms can definitely use an upgrade.

Very clean and comfortable. Large beds (said single but more like double). Wonderful range of amenities. Pajamas, slippers and toothbrushes all provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Hachobori station. Would’ve loved it if breakfast was included. Nothing else - it was fantastic!

We took two rooms. Both were located on the fourth floor. Both had a strong sewer smell that did not go away. Not what we ecoected or appreciated. Pretty disgusting.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet location with some 24/7 convenience stores nearby where you can grab snacks and coffee. Just 15 min walk from Tokyo station. Nice place if you need to be early at the Tokyo station. There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea or coffee :( the beds occupied almost all the space of the room so it was a bit challenging to unpack the suitcases to find some stuff.
