Room felt a bit small for two being at the end of our trip and having shopped so much, oops.

despite the 16 sqm size, it still feels small. Need to make my own coffee or tea in the morning; the coffee at cafe needs to pay for breakfast to get coffee

A great location in the city! Plenty of great food spots right next to the location, as well as an easy access to the subway. The employees were very helpful with our Yamato luggage transport as well.

The rooms are too small. Two people and 2 lugagges don’t fit.

The location and staff were both great. Especially the lady in the night, she really made sure our stay was amazing. No complaints from me. Maybe the complimentary brush could have been a bit better but that’s really sitting hairs.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and offers a wide range of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was simple, with a variety of pastries offered, and the coffee options were very good. The hotel staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are small but neat and clean. We traveled "light" and had no problem with our luggage, but we saw many others with large suitcases and wondered where they kept them. The pillows were too firm and not comfortable; all four of us commented on them.

Close to Tokyo station, great amenities (the drip coffee bags were ?). The neighbourhood is very quite and short walk to a konbini and metro. Bed was SUPER comfy. The rooms were a little small but it's Tokyo so to be expected.

It’s clean. There’s no welcome drink in the room, although they provide cold water near the front desk.

The location was great and made it very easy to access trains, buses, and shopping areas. The room was surprisingly small, and an upgrade wasn’t available. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and made the refund process smooth, and we were moved to another hotel within their chain.
