Conveniently located very close to Tokyo Station. Breakfast is excellent.

Lovely facilities, staff were very attentive. The room had some handprints on the shiny wood wall, carpet wasn’t vacuumed well - saw crumbs and dirt.

Tokyo station offers tons of shops that you can splurge your money on. Anything from Ghibli studio merch to Sanrio to Pokemon Centre. So be careful when you return to your hotel every night, fight the temptation if you need to. Hotel is built within a tall tower, utilizing only a section of the tower too so it provides unique experience from the lobby. We upgraded to the corner suite. Room size wasnt that big to be honest. But what is in Japan. Being in the corner suite offered views of the train tracks, Tokyo sky tree and the Ferris wheel in Odaiba. At night time, the view is even more amazing with building shining with their lights. It definitely was the perfect place to end the two weeks trip in Tokyo.

The location was very convenient and helped me and my family be efficient. The staff went out of their way to provide support (one employee actually walked us all to the JR train office inside Tokyo station to retrieve our train tickets). The hotel is well located and although our room configurations did not allow for us to be on the same floor, the hotel is configured for efficiency. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well and it was very pleasant to end our trip with drinks on the 27th floor at TenQ. Don't miss the miniature model train in the lobby!

The location was very convenient- rights right outside Tokyo station. All rooms are above 27 floor so the views are spectacular. There’s a really cool model train in the lobby. Bed was a little firm for my taste and bathroom was adequate but dated.

We were pampered staying at this beautifully-designed hotel with one-sided, glass-walled hallways allowing a view into the atrium. Quiet room with long desk and private bathroom with long vanity. The hotel is conveniently located at one end of Tokyo Station with access to all forms of public transportation, restaurants, and stores. Impressive customer service at the front desk during check-in with unexpected luggage assistance and an introduction to the amenities in our room in addition to the complete handling of the process for the luggage delivery carrier service to our next hotel.

The reception staff were excellent — English-speaking, caring, and very efficient. They were also aware that my two luggage bags had arrived earlier via Yamato Transport, which made the check-in process smooth and reassuring. The hotel is located in a very strategic location with easy access to the train station. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It is also a superb location for taking the Airport Limousine Bus at Tekko Building, making airport transfers very convenient. Nothing.

Very clean, nice room, friendly staff. The location is great for exploring the area, and is not far from the Imperial Palace. Perfect location directly above Tokyo Station made it easy to catch our early morning train. There are two mini marts and a Starbucks on the ground floor and many good food options within the station / walking distance nearby. Everything was good.
