The walls are pretty thin, so if the neighbors are not quiet, as it was for a few nights in my case, sleep can be disturbed.

The location was good. There are multiple train lines within walking distance, there's convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I'd say it's a comfy place to stay at for a solo traveler. Checking in and out is done using a machine. The bed sheets and the floor could have been better cleaned.

a bit far for the center but good for rest

I really enjoyed how easy the checkin and checkout process was. It was also nice that the hotel provided free items such as lotions, cleansers, razors, shaving cream, etc where the reception desk floor is. Also really enjoyed that there was a laundry room. The machines were so simple to use. Dryers take a bit to long to dry clothes, but that just requires some patience. The staff was always helpful as well. We needed a taxi on our first day and reception called one for us. Location was very convenient. It was close to Shin-Otsuka and Ikebukuro Station. I feel like staff needs to explain how things work a bit more to guests. For example, we couldn't figure out how to use the AC unit or how to dispose of trash until we asked. Apparently there was a manual inside the desk area and no one told us that, so I think if they informed guests about that then it would be so helpful. It's like they just expected us to know.

check in was smooth, warm, and accommodating for our requests i don’t know if it’s the air quality or ventilation of the building, or the noise from the nearby street and emergency vehicles, or the bedding, but i found it very hard to sleep restfully. I stayed 5 nights with my wife and even when sleeping up to 9 hours we both woke up feeling tired and groggy.

Prices, location, and very friendly staff.

The room was equipped with microwave so we can heat our food with ease. We have rented a car so the parking lot availability was really a great help. The hotel has kept our luggage for 2 hours after our check out because we had to buy something in Ikebukuro before heading to airport. 7 Eleven is across the street. There is nearby tram station.

Close to sunshine city, and not far from two different train stations. There were no issues with the property or the staff.

Affordable and cheaper for similar hotel/room size. Near Otsuka Sation Yamanote line, and tram line. Comfortable bed and spacious room too. Distance to station need 10 minutes walking. Not recommended for senior citizens.

Everything you need in a hotel that is 15 minute walk from Ikky and 9 min walk to Otsuka Both great spots. Hotel service, room all good value Internet was always always dropping out. It was very frustrating.

Place was awesome! Staff was very nice, location is amazing and very quiet! nothing! Everything was really perfect. Glad I stayed here.

Nothing really. Everything is good. You just have to walk 8mins from the hotel to the train station which is a good exercise.
