It was really spacious compared to other hotels, we could open almost two suitcases at the room, we really like the place it was really close to the metro station Ueno which is connected to everything and is also in a good area because is not close to crowds (like in Shinjuku or Shibuya). Also was really close Asakusa that you can literally walk there for tourism. We don’t have anything to complain about really, but the entrance is just stairs, so you have to climb up with your luggage to reach the entrance and go to the reception. Other than that nothing to say.

Does not have a wheelchair access/ramp in the entrance so you need to carry the luggage to get to the hotel lobby. No complimentary bottled water. Too far from Ueno station. Provides only 1 room key.

the location near the train station and east to accompdate they dont have the pathway for baggage and stroller. its hard for us with small children need to lift our baby stroller and baggage everytime we want to go out or comes back hotel.

Convenient and close location to Ueno Station. Property is also within short walking distance to Kotobuki Yu. None

The staff were very helpful, kind, and warm throughout our stay. While I understand that hotel rooms in Japan are generally small, this room was extremely tiny and not comfortable at all. Two adults could barely move around freely inside the room. Very tiny rooms and not at all comfortable.

Extremely clean hotel with an approachable and helpful staff, very well located near Ueno Station/Park. The breakfast offers a small selection however everything served is high quality and super tasty. The bathroom was also quite big for Japanese standards. I would definitely return. No reasons to complaint.

Rooms are small, but this is to be expected for hotels in Tokyo. As long as you are prepared for it, you will be fine.

More spacious than I expected (from Japan hotels). The showerhead was some microbubble magic that felt amazing. Staff was helpful for checkin, luggage shipping, and more. Breakfast was a splendid spread every day. Walls are a bit thin.
