There was no way to get fresh air or open a window.

Location was close to Ueno station. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Beds were comfortable, and the shower always had hot water. We had booked 3 rooms for us and our adult children, everyone was pleased with the accommodation. The rooms are small, but in line with what you get in Japan.

Quite, location and view
-
It’s close to train station and convenient stores and local groceries and shops. None
-
water heater is stable, good Room is clean, however i can feel dust in the room and if you want to change bed sheet, you will need to pay more Bath room is small but ok
-
The room was too small for two people
-
It’s poorly maintained and kinda small even for a Japanese hotel standard.
-
Good location Shower wasn’t the greatest and our room had a peculiar smell.

Accesibility to Public Transportation (Bus and Train). Close to a lot of convenience stores, supermarket and food places (including Yoshinoya and Yayoi). Staff are friendly and accommodating They only clean room 1x for our 10day stay as per our request. Room okay but Bathroom was terrible, the shower area is like taking a shower inside CebuPac Restroom and its enclosed. They do not make your bed..they just change towels and remove trash daily. There is no coin laundry, there is no ice machine (you have to request ice from reception), there is no water dispenser. Check out at 11am, it will cost ¥1,100/hr for a max of 2 hour late check out.

Very comfortable. Adequate size for 1 person. Clean.

Great hotel in a great location

The fire dept station is under the windows so if you're opening your windows - get ready to listen for sirens. Also we had our TV alarm set to 7:30 so it was quite surprising but we've decided to get up that early every day. It was tiny room with not enough space for luggage/purchases. Also it was a bit dusty in the room and over the TV.

Great value for such a central location in Tokyo, minutes from Ueno station. It is not right at the station, so there is some peace and quiet. Staff is friendly and the hotel fulfills all the basic needs. The room is tight and small, but the bathroom (separate toilet and shower) is especially bad for claustrophobes. No facilities or room amenities to speak of and you don't need a keycard to go to a floor.

The location was nice and my hotel room was clean. It was definitely more styled as a business hotel. I would book this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and store your items. The location is great as it’s very close to the Ueno station.
-
Everything, it was really close to Ueno station and other lines to get to the most touristic places. The room was good for Japan sizes and the staff was very kind. We liked everything.
-
The carpet in the room had a smell, and the bed felt like it was lopsided.

The location is excellent, near Ueno station which is walking distance to Ueno station and takes you anywhere in Tokyo, as well as near Asakusa, can take the train up or just a 20 minute walk if you like to take your time Was changed 600 yen on arrival for some government tax, I was never told of this. It would've been nice if they had told be before arrival. Also, the hospital and police are near by the hotel, so that means you can hear sirens at late night or early morning (think 2am, 3am), I was woken up multiple times because of this.
