Very close to Yotsuya Metro, less than five minutes walk. The breakfast selection is very modest but tasty, but it is not frequently replenished so by 9am it’s quite picked over. The rooms are almost too small to turn around in, and for the price it was not worth the value. There are limited windows so it feels like sleeping in a box with no daylight. I found it difficult to sleep.

The location is convenient since it is near Yotsuya Station. It is located in a narrow alley near various food establishments and convenience stores. The staff are very accommodating, and you can leave your baggage before check-in time and the staff will bring it to your room when it is already check-in time. Breakfast was also included in my booking and I must say it is enough for me, not too many choices but very filling. They also have free beer and ice pops at night, and somehow you can take your dinner there since rice is cooked at dinner in the lounge (dinner is not included in my booking).

The steps to get in the room and step up to get into the bathroom seems like a hazard.

The location was fantastic -- right around the corner from the Yotsuya station. Very clean and staff was very helpful. Everything was good.

Very accommodating staff, great location by restaurants and nice big tv. Only complaint was that you couldn’t open the window so it got very warm at night

Location and friendly staff. Room was very small, but you don't travel to Tokyo to stay in a room. :-)

the room is small but love the amenities; breakfast is the repeat of the same food, and snacks available throughout the stay. toothbrush, combs, razors, etc are available. not much except you have to leave your key when you leave the property. maybe a security risk

Location Reception don’t speak English so can’t help with much. Breakfast was ready way before 7am but we were told we had to wait until 7am. Problem is we had to leave at 7 so we missed breakfast that we paid for. I own 3 guest houses and we always accommodate guests that are departing early. If the breakfast is ready you should allow guests to have something.
