Comfortable bed , washer and kitchen in unit

The room was clean and not far from a train station A staff member was not very nice when we arrived. They let us know we could book in earlier but then wanted to charge us per hour per person.

Free flow of drinks, friendly staff, able to leave our luggage earlier before check in as we were traveling to hakone One of the PowerPoints and light was not working

Fridge with a freezer was a nice surprise. Also had a washing machine. So for those doing a longer stay a good option. The balcony was nice and being able to open outside door for lots of fresh air. Too far from night life, resteraunt options, and activities. The metal cabinets on balconies were not properly secured and banged all night long in the wind.

Decent size for a room in Tokyo. Close to the train station. In room laundry.

So many amenities!! Can’t beat the washer/dryer combo in room if you have it. Would 100 percent stay here again

Great amenities, and the common lounge and happy hour services made up for the size of the room, which was normal for a Japanese hotel. The staff were great and helpful. I had prescription glasses delivered to the hotel and I received it in time with no issue. I liked how you could choose your level of attentiveness with the housekeeping, which would be low for us. The area has large hotels in the area but the neighborhood still offers a residential feel and calmness after a day of exploring. Stumbled into some great places for food and gifts. There’s even a climbing gym next door. The room was very nice and smartly appointed complete with a/c-heater, washer/dryer and a kitchenette. There’s no getting around that floor space is at a premium. Even more hooks on the walls would be recommendation.

Location was too far from everything Stood at this location because of the washer accessibility to find out it took three hours to wash a load. The found mold in the bathroom.

Bed is comfortable. Bathroom are very good. Good amenities in it. Good location outside the crazy crowded areas of Tokyo It is an old hotel. Maybe needs a bit of remodeling. Small rooms as all the hotels in Tokyo

Convenient location (Yotsuya station nearby and 1 mile or 1.2km to Imperial Palace). The washer/dryer is in the room! The dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. The rooms are a bit outdated (some mold in the bathroom and a leftover towel from the previous stay?) and cold when we arrived.

The stay felt very homely, and I especially liked the common lobby area. Having a washing machine and mini-fridge in the room was very convenient and made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel is also very well located just about a 5-minute walk from the Yotsuya metro/JR station, which made getting around very easy. Although the room looked a bit small at first, it was thoughtfully designed and felt comfortable rather than congested. The staff were very supportive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and they kindly helped us store our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout.

Big room, balvoney, washer, and drink machine

Hotel was nice. There was a minor hiccup when the first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, but the staff quickly found us a new room. The room itself was fine, everything worked, bed was comfortable enough. No complaints.
