Locations and having 3 beds Well overrated. Older furniture and TV, shower not working properly, some towels not clean. Basic kitchen gear. Light year away from Minn hotels for same price

We stayed in this fantastic hotel for 7 days and we absolutely loved! Staff was kind and helpful for everything we needed during our stay. Room had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable and close to metro station (10 minutes of walk), the neighborhood was quiet. It was more like home to us. Thank you staff and Hotel Sails Asakusa for making our Japan trip fantastic! Nothing to dislike

No way to cover a window in the kitchen at night - light from the outside penetrated the bedroom and it was very bright at night.

There was no Breakfast, only coffee . Location is accessible to train stations, grocery & convenience store and restaurants Nothing that I could think of

Location is convenient in Asakusa. Clean and well managed property.

The room was great because it had everything. Washer and dryer and a small kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal if needed. Also hotel provided free laundry detergent. Also the small balcony was a nice to get some fresh air. Nothing to compare to since it our first time in Japan.

For Japan, the room was spacious. Loved the kitchenette. It’s walking distance to supermarket and train station. Would stay here again. Sewer smell would come and go from the toilet.

The rooms were spacious. Our room had its own balcony with lots of room for 3 bigger dudes. Would recommend Nothing.

One LDK with separate kitchen/dining area. Walkable to shopping and transit. Quiet safe neighborhood. Staff was very accommodating. Stayed for 5 days with my son and husband. 30 min by train to Ginza. Temple near by.

The room with 3 single beds was spacious. Shower was strong with hit water. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing negative about it.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and modern. The location was ideal, with easy access to the train station and easy to walk to places making travel very convenient. A lovely little bakery on the next street. The hotel was on a quiet street and the area felt very safe and relaxing. The beds were extremely firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

We absolutely loved Hotel Sails Asakusa! For us, the area was perfect. Tucked away on a quiet street, out of the business of Tokyo, we always enjoyed coming home in the evenings. It was walking distance (10-15 min) to several subway stations, so you could choose your routes to avoid transfers. We found the hotel very convenient for walking around and exploring various areas including Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara, and others. The hotel room was spacious for 3 people, with lots of room to spread out. We spent a week there, and enjoyed the little kitchenette, washing machine, separated toilet and shower areas, etc. The staff were amazing. They all spoke English and were very helpful, answering texts and questions quickly and they helped ship our luggage to our next hotel. Beds were super comfortable and new towels and amenities were provided upon request. For long stays, they provide room cleaning. There were a few great markets close by and a great little bakery around the corner. Definitely book a room on this hotel! Nothing. It was a great experience!

The flat is spacious and comfortably accommodates three people. The staff is very friendly, supportive, and kind. The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk from the station. Opportunities for improvement: • A vending machine in or in front of the hotel would be very convenient. • It would be great if the flats included some basic cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, and soy sauce. • Providing detergent for laundry use would be helpful. • Although there is an instruction book with information, it would be easier for guests if short instructions in English (or other languages) were placed near each appliance for quick understanding.
