spacious clean room, comfortable bed and nice shower, easy check in and check out, convenient location it would be nice to have another outlet by the bed so two people can charge their phone without unplugging the lamp

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were very nice. Grocery stores next door. The neighborhood was a little too far away from everything for me.
-
Convenient location. Clean. Could use a few shelves or hooks to store items.
-
Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable room. Nothing.

Everything was great, very nice and helpful staff N/A

The best sleep I’ve ever had in my life, the bed was sooo comfortable! It was not too small and I think it was perfectly laid out so it didn’t feel that small. I thought it looked really inviting. Honestly well exceeded my expectations. The walk from either station felt a little long sometimes at night but still safe which is really nice!

While it wasn’t particularly close to the train station, it wasn’t especially far either. The location was perfect for walking to the outdoor markets and temple of Asakusa. Very small and intimate location with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. I plan to return to Japan soon and would strongly consider staying here again.

Love how close the facility was to major site seeing areas. Close to multiple train stations (under 10 min walk)

The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The washroom had a slight smell, which I think was due to the toilet design, but still super clean and overall everything was great. There are also lovely local cafés and cute little spots nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, very clean and decently spacious

GOOD LOCATION NO

Nice location. Friendly staff. Easy to check-in. Having Family mark near the stay. Very clean and comfortable. A little bit small but ok for just sleep.

The non-Japanese staff (probably co-owners?) is absolutely not welcoming, cleaning could be better and the layout of the room is a bit weird - it's quite common for small Japanese hotels to have a sink in the room, but it's unnecessary big and that place would have been better allocated for more storage
-
just little bit small for a room

Great location away from a lot of people but still close enough to everything and so exciting places There was nothing I didn't like.
-
It was spacious. I think it is because of room type because the second time I stayed, my room was narrow and no chair. Couldn’t do some work or study unless I do it while on bed sitting upright. Less choices of amenities and you have to get it from the first floor. No spare key provided.

The location is within walking distance of many attractions in Asakusa, and a moderate walk to several different subway lines. There is a bus stop 10 meters from the hotel, and several grocery stores. There is a rooms are large for Tokyo and very clean, there is ample space for luggage and packing, the bathroom facilities are new, with plentiful hot water.check in and out are simple and automated. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Towels and sleepwear are fresh and clean. Very quiet (6th floor room, just second from elevator). The refrigerator is small and does not cool well, with no freezer compartment (ice cream in Tokyo helps a lot). The curtains are thin and summer sunrise in Tokyo means a bright room at 4am. The air conditioning is fine, but guests are requested to turn it off when not present, which results in a very hot room on return. There is no way to open a window in more moderate seasons, which presents questions for spring or fall guests. All lights - ceiling, entryway, behind headboard of bed - are on a single switch at the door and cannot be controlled independently. No light above or near the sink and mirror. Two nice, large coffee cups provided for drinking and such, but no plates, utensils, or any other kitchen items, probably by design, but would be a thoughtful touch. Room is for two people, has a long, useful counter space with electrical outlets, but only a single chair. Scant space for hanging clothes, no bar or other provision to hang and dry towels. The lack of bathtub may be a problem for Japanese travelers, or families with small children. Television is fine, but placement suggests viewing from bed, for which it is too small. This was a room that could have been much better, at little extra expense, if more attention had been paid to detail.

While it's a bit of a walk from Iriya Station—especially in the summer heat—the location is still very manageable. The convenience of a 24/7 supermarket right next door, along with several other supermarkets and a coin laundry nearby, made our stay much easier. Facilities: The room was well-equipped with essentials such as towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, razors, slippers, and shower gowns (shampoo conditioner and body wash). In-room amenities included a fridge, hairdryer, and kettle, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and mugs. A microwave is available for use on the ground floor. Both the bedroom and bathroom were a comfortable size, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the heat. Service: Baggage storage is available, though it's best to return before 7 PM for assistance. The owner was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to help us, even outside regular hours. Other Highlights: We stayed on the top floor and were treated to lovely views of the surrounding neighborhood, which added to the charm of our stay. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay with thoughtful amenities and warm hospitality. Room for Improvement: While overall our stay was enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom door exterior could use more attention, as it had visible dust buildup. It would also be more convenient if daily cleaning services were provided rather than on select days. Additionally, the room would benefit from a bedside lamp for more comfortable nighttime lighting. And some English TV channels would be lovely.
