Location is unmatched for navigating around Tokyo! The staff was extremely helpful. Provided me with perfect directions to get to the airport using train system. Bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The shampoo and conditioner were very nice quality and the shower was strong and relaxing. Wash/dry machines extremely helpful and best price in the area. The room was extremely small. It was just unexpected as a first time visitor to Japan.

The location is very near to train station. There's a convenience store nearby and the room is enough for 2 persons. the hotel provide a good amenities for the traveler and i like they give pajamas for the stay. worth the pay

Location was great, close to three train stations, plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff is excellent, great customer service. Room was spacious with individual air conditioner/heating.. Hotel lobby was nice, plenty of space to relax. The hotel's regular and memory foam pillows are both hard and uncomfortable. Only two washer/dryers available which is not enough for a hotel of this size. Coin laundry is a 10 min taxi ride.

Hotel was well setup with easy check in and check out via the large screens and with help from the staff. The location had good amenities available for free. The room was not big enough for 2 beds. There was barely a walking path to get to the window, really no location to put stuff (table\counter), and a lack of power outlets, and the ones they had were inconvenient for charging.

We liked the space that Superior Twin Room provided. The location was good for what we wanted to do in Tokyo.

Rooms can be considered large by Japanese standards. The pillow is uncomfortable and the hotel lacks some maintenance in terms of the finishes of the room, since there are worn walls that could be repaired.

Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We appreciated the complimentary available skin care and toiletries. The free WiFi and air conditioning worked well. The eco-cleaning was convenient. We also liked that the hotel was non-smoking. The lobby area was easy to use with helpful considerations, like charging outlets, hot water, laundry, and a vending machine. The seating was comfortable and clean. It's about a 10-15 walk to the more major train stations, but the neighborhood is lovely and nice to walk through.
