Very good location and easy access to trains ,food and other attractions.Beautiful friendly neighborhood I would love to stay there again and plus point is rooms are very big we were 4 people and every one have their own sleeping space. Everything was good

Everything. No elevator is an issue LUCKILY we got second floor so no problem.
-
too many stairs, too many luggage to carry

Very close to two metro stations and lot of local eateries, 15min walk to Ueno. Neighborhood is very quiet and peacefull For 4 adults we thought we had one queen, one twin and one bunk bed but this was combined two queens

The location was the best part. The Ueno station is just a few steps away and right next to a 7-11 for easy late night snackin before heading back to home base to rest. The beds are also great with SUPERB mattresses. And finally the toilet is MAGICAL! Heated seats AND heated bidet water. Heavenly on the booty. The stairs not having rails to hold on to was not great for my mom who is over 70 years old. They could at least add that in since there is no elevator available.

It was good value for the money and one night stay. I would not stay longer just because we are 5 and we need more space and a kitchen. It was very cold when we checked in and took a while to figure out the ac but it was ok after that. The bathroom and toilet where freezing cold too.

The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we enjoyed the patio. The staff was amazing even we when made a mistake on the check out time.

I like that the room size and beds accommodated our family of 8, with 2 adults and 6 kids. I like that we were able to get a room on the 1st floor as requested. I like that the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our special requests. I like that the toilet and shower are Japanese standard, separated from each other to make it easier for guests to use each room at the same time. I like that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel was quiet. I like the nearby train station, convenience stores, restaurants, and a family-friendly park across the hotel. I like that the room is spacious, especially for a family of 8, there were enough room to move around without bumping into each other. I like that the room was clean, neat, and tidy upon check in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Sakura Cross Ueno Okachimachi. The only downside we experienced was the unavailability of luggage storage before check-in or after check out. Although we knew that before hand because it is written in the hotel policy. It would be nice to have that option. Otherwise, we appreciate that the hotel and staff were able to accommodate our special request and made it work for us especially since we were traveling with 6 children. That was definitely a bonus service and we are grateful for it.

It was clean and cheap for the price that I had paid for. There was cleaning every 3 days, and a deep clean every 5 days, which was great for us. As a group of 4, we had a great time, and the beds were comfortable. The only close station was the Oeno and Tsukaba express, but we could manage The location was a little annoying for travel, but that was the only complication

Room is big nice amenities inside the room. The stairs are small no hand rail. If you can not climb four floors with luggage this is not for hou.
-
Clean and good value for the price. Room was aesthetically pleasing and spacious. Good Experience
-
Very comfortable beds and pillows, and the bunk bed was far enough from the ceiling that i could sit up in the bed. Separate water closet with a sink and separate shower were very convenient. Quiet location 5 minutes from 7/11 and Oedo line across from a park. Perfect amount of space for 3 travelers. Anyone could walk into the building and staff at the front desk was essentially non existent. Didn’t really notice the staff issue and it is a safe area.

We arrived a little early and they were so nice to let us put our bags away so we could walk around without them. The pillows and beds were large and super comfortable! We completed the electronic check in questions over email, but then we had to do them again at the desk/kiosk.

-
This room was fantastic for our family of 4, the kids loved the beds and bonus a park right outside! I would say my only negative was not being able to get an early check in, we arrived very early in Japan but weren’t able to check in until 4. And they make no exceptions.
