JR-East Hotel Mets Komagome

Clean, efficient, and comfortable room for a reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood with direct access to the Yamanote line. Great local markets and shopping streets. Within walking distance to two ginormous Japanese gardens. Excellent staff. Don’t get the breakfast at Denny’s.

Fantastic location. Easy access to Narita Skyliner express from Nippori (3rd stop on Yamanote line). Hotel is mere steps/1 minute from the station. Good value and super clean. The only negative was the lack of a comfortable chair in the room. There is a desk chair and a stool, but not very relaxing. Komagome is a small one platform station, so the area surrounding the station is very quiet and not busy compared to other parts of Tokyo, which was nice. Would also recommend a visit to Rikugien nearby for a quiet stroll among a well maintained Japanese garden.

Awesome location and staff services Need more than I pillow per guest. Bed was a little uncomfortable but overall well pleased.

It was great! The location isn’t super close to the major parts of Tokyo so you do have to travel a bit, but not a big deal and it’s connected to the station which is a huge plus.

Excellent location, subway is right next to the hotel! Rooms are bigger compared to standard japan size hotels. There’s a couple of convenient stores and restaurants located around the vicinity of the hotel. Good breakfast too! Will def. Consider coming back again.

The location can't be beat. Quiet residential neighborhood and right next to the station when you're ready to get into the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. There's even a massage therapy company located right next to the hotel. I visited there after a long day of walking. I wish the bathroom was more Japanese style like their Akihabara location.

Quiet, spacious, very clean, great location. Staff is professional and fantastic.

This was my first time staying at JR-East Hotel Mets at Komagome. The room was a good size (larger than equivalent APA hotels I have stayed at) and more than large enough for a single traveler. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The best feature of the hotel was it's location adjacent to Komagome station. Komagome is on the Yamanote line, providing easy access to the rest of Tokyo. I also really liked the area around Komagome station , as it is more of a local area and less busy/touristy than areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Station, etc. There are also several konbini stores directly outside of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. None.

Just beside JR Train and other lines..with a tunnel that connects the train station and the hotel. All staff are accommodating! Hotel rooms are cleaned everyday.2 great bakeries just beside the hotel.so many food choices surrounding the property.Free coffee and other personal things at the lobby.Great food and staff at Dennys! Just a bit far from Shibuya,Harajuku,Shinjuku but still ok since it is connected with JR Yamanote Line.

All about exellent Nothing

Great location, especially after a long trip. The hotel is outside the station, as soon as you exit, you make a turn to the left and it is beside New Days Combini. I'll consider staying here again in the future. I had a beautiful view, so that was really nice. The room was tidy and clean, the bathroom was big. They offered all necessary amenities. Some of them were at the reception floor. Bonus points because amenities included many bath salt to relax on the bathtub. I truly liked this place and would recommend it to others!
