Very modern architecture and cleanliness. Felt it was too far a walk from the train station. Not enough storage space, such as for a few daily items. There was no laundry soap; I had to purchase batteries for the AC hand-held control unit. Small things like more hangers or Takoashi hangers would have helped greatly after doing laundry.

Aircon only turned on and off, very cold since all walls are made of concrete. No elevator. Stairwell very small.

This place is located a 10 minute walk from a subway strop that is only two stops away from Shinjuku. The walk itself is down a cute pedestrian main street with pharmacies, grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, izakayas, convenience stores, etc. New construction meant that the place itself was clean and functional.

This place was just less than a 10-minute walk to the station that connects to Shinjuku (a major hub in Tokyo). It was close to lots of places to eat or buy food. The room we stayed in was tiny but had all one needs. Although the room was clean, there was a musty smell when I wore the night gown they provide.

The self check in was pretty smooth and it was nice having a washing machine and in the room Also appreciated the drying option of the bathroom, ventilation It was also nice having a bigger size bathroom compared to other hotels throughout our trip in Japan The property does not have an elevator, and the stairs were pretty narrow, so it was not very comfortable having to carry our heavy and big luggage through the stairs

Close to station, restaurants, room was comfortable and everything we needed was available. The addition of the pyjamas was great. Access to building was easy and straight forward. na

some necessities weren’t available like laundry detergent and only a few hangers to hand dry the clothes. also one of the staff tried to enter out rooms during our stay because they had out check out times mixed up

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, comforter a little thin for winter.

Great place to stay at an affordable place. Easy walk to transit and lots of great things to see in the area. Rooms are a decent size and have all the amenities I needed. Room could have been a little bit cleaner. For the most part everything was great, and the important stuff was clean (sheets, towels, etc) but there were some stains on the walls/floors and some bandaids left on one wall.

Area is ok its two metro stops from Shibuya station , but nothing special in this area , quite suburban part of Tokyo on a walking distance to Shibuya station ( 30 minutes )

Clean and new

There was no instructions on how to operate the stove. I had to ask another guest to help me out.

You can only check in after 4:00 PM, and you must check out by 10:00 AM. They won’t let you in earlier, even if rooms are available — not even just to leave your luggage. And when it’s time to check out, at 9:59 AM someone will already be standing at your door, urging you to vacate the room as quickly as possible.

The pillows were a bit too firm for me.

It was comfortable and in an easily accessible neighbourhood. It was very clean. The accommodation provided basic amenities but should have included a few more things for example it has a washing machine but there was not detergent. It would also have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and coffee packages that allowed for the making of coffee or tea. Also the little table and chairs are more suited for a balcony and not really for inside.

Clean, close to public transit. Great value Nothing.

Newly opened property, well-maintained. All basic amenities were provided as expected. No elevator available - hauling a suitcase up to the fourth floor was an unexpected challenge.

Small but it’s everything I can hear all the noise

The price and the cleanliness of the unit was very good. The washer and area to cook was a bonus. The size of the bathroom was bigger than most hotel units. There is no elevator so carrying luggage up and down to the unit was challenging. The dryer was different because you had to hang your clothes in the shower area and turn the heater on to dry clothes. Hangers are available for this, but additional hanging units for socks and smaller items would have made it better.

Nice, quiet hotel, centrally located. No staff, check-in is via QR code. Good amenities.
