I like the location, near train station and walkable area. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. They filled my paperwork for shipping my luggage. So nice!

Daily cleaning . Daily towels and water refills . Free coffee on the second floor with bread. Subway under the hotel . Quick destination to the city center . Asakusa area is next door

Very easy to navigate to Asakusa and Akihabara. The subway station from the airport lead right to the hotel

Got stuck in a room with no view. Window opened on a wall. The glass was opaque. Small space.

So convenient, and great amenities. We had to use the luggage storage twice and it was hassle free. There is a hot drink machine in the lobby and a selection of necessities which was nice! The room was small but functional and very clean. The bed was fine, but not overly comfortable and an extra pillow or two would have been great.

The breakfast was really great and included in the room. We could have a hot beverage at any time this is amazing. 24h reception is really convenient. Room was small but very functional Staff were great Room a little small but I was expecting it, but well arranged

i like how our room with tatami , its quite big for Japan hotel room standard , i like the breakfast its free (bread only), i like how they give free hot chocolate and hot coffee in 2nd floor anytime. i arrive at 4pm , and the room wasnt ready, i have to wait another 30 mins to enter the room , which is such a waste of time. i dont like the hotel have check out regulation at 10am which standard Japan hotel check out is at 11pm. and their closet in my room 906 are leaking.

Great location and places around for food, travel and convenience stores. The staff is very flexible, hospitable and accommodating. Great restaurants around including Indian/Veg/Vegan and Massage too The room was too small/tight.

Very close to Kuramae station and its elevator access! It's one train ride to Narita. There are also a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Sukiya, and supermarket nearby, along with other small cafes and restaurants. We got the family room and it managed to fit our 4 small suitcases, a large suitcase, and many more. Amenities were great, and towels and water were replenished everyday even when asking for no cleaning. Free bread is available daily at the lobby in the morning. The lobby also had ample free working space for eating, working, or just people watching. Only one washer and dryer for the entire establishment, but during our stay, we only had to wait once for someone else's laundry to finish. The TV of the room is on the wall of the tatami side, so we couldn't all be watching and enjoying the Olympics together. But there are just very small issues that many can easily overlook.

Location was right next to the train station which made it ideal for sightseeing and getting there from the airport. Room was small but well designed to have everything you need. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again! N/a
